1. Almost all armies plan and practice for WW3. That's their job, that's what they get paid to do. It's like the fire department planning and practicing for a really bad fire in a high rise. Fodder for weak minded conspiracy theorists everywhere. 2. American nukes in concrete silos? Do you live in a bubble? Silo nukes are being phased out. They are no longer being funded or upgraded because they're or the budgetary chopping block. The military favors small, very efficient nukes that can be delivered from very small platforms. The Russians may have movable nukes but they will have to get by the US missile defence sheild which is very advanced.
So this was all about Armageddon and the second coming of Christ? So your tactic is to scare people then offer them Christ? I think Jesus would have been a little upset with you. The message of Jesus was love not fear.
I know I'm being hard on you but the "get them scared and then covert them" tactic is an old one and it's very questionable ethically.
