The mainline news publication USA Today thinks that it’s a “good news” that found of Microsoft Bill Gates plans on controlling the weather.

Atmospheric management they are calling it, the ability the quail hurricanes by way of deflection, modification, and suppression.

This type of technology incorporates various patents held by Gates which he has refused to comment on.

But one must venture to ask; if you can calm the weather, can you intensify it?

Gates has now been labeled the “Hurricane Tamer” as they plan to use a fleet of ships spraying cold water into the air to deflect hurricanes.

Some have speculated that Gates later plans to offer the service to various countries around the world as sort of an insurance. But what would then happen to the countries that don’t participate?
