This includes if you are a witness. Therefore if you are going to use your 5th Amendment Rights you must announce it before hand. What is not pointed out at the beginning of this video but discussed throughout is that she came to one of these off shoot check points in California. She had told them no she didn’t want them to search the car. They asked what was in the containers in the back seat and she had told them they were empty. They asked again to search her car, and she said no. So they brought in the drug dogs. The drug dogs sniffed around the vehicle. The drug dogs did not “hit”, or in plain English, did not indicate any drugs to be in the vehicle. That is when she asks to go. When they tell her no, she turns on the camera.
