I don't quite agree with brother West on the issue of fascism. You see Fascism in it's purest form is a political system in which the state and corporate world are merged and political opposition is not allowed. Now who is the real fascist? We all know that Hillary's foreign policy represents hard-core militaristic neoconservatism. But there have also been reports that Twitter and Facebook are actively censuring anti-Hillary memes and suppressing news that are harmful to her campaign. Julian Assange has also said that "Google is directly engaged in Hillary Clinton’s campaign”. In other words, the corporate world has LITERALLY merged with the Hillary campaign in a way that stifles political opposition. We haven't seen this type of deep institutional corruption in American politics before. This is something new and It's very scary. Therefore I would argue that Hillary is the real fascist candidate not Trump. Liberal intellectuals like West just don't see it because they are mostly worried about the cartoonish and superficial aspects of 1930's fascism. Hitler's speeches were not the problem.. the problem was that he murdered millions of people. And Hillary is more likely to murder people than Trump..
Hillary is also much more dangerous because modern left's obsession with identity politics gives her cover. There's no major anti-war sentiment in the left like there was during the Bush years. Remember Libya? There was no imminent danger of genocide and Qaddafi was not issuing viagra to his troops so they could rape all the women in Libya. All those stories were lies and U.S. intelligence did not support them. Before the war top pentagon officials and a senior democrat in congress were forced to open their own diplomatic channels to Libya in an attempt to stop the war (according to Washington Post and congressman Dennis Kucinich). This is because Hillary didn't want to do HER JOB AS A DIPLOMAT. All she wanted to do was bomb bomb bomb! And when she heard that Qaddafi had been killed she yelled to cameras "We came, we saw, he died" and laughed like an actual witch. American leftist scene has changed radically in the last ten years. War is still a reality, but it's no longer a problem because since Obama was elected we have been living in the era of "social justice".. and war simply is not a "social justice" issue. Starting a war is a business decision, but racism, sexism and transphobia are not involved. This is why Crooked Hillary is potentially much more dangerous than Bush.
