That's not him just look at the eyes no soul behind them!
Your knowledge is obviously truncated – look in the background, do you see those wierd structures? Those are used throughout the hollywood industry, you see them in concerts of performers who are well known puppets of the ILL – they are symbols of the ILL (if you look around you'll actually see them everywhere, which is totally bizarre, but there they are). Chapelle FLED the U.S. (and 50 million dollars) rather than being initiated into their sick system. Obviously, something changed. Your point that his pant leg makes no sense to question, is questionable. No one even wears that style anymore, putting it at the knee would not leave it open to be questioned it would be an obvious Masonic sign. But looking to technicalities allows them to do it and make people have doubts in regard. Coming back to the industry after all that happened to him leads straight to somethings not right. It would be 100% if it showed at the knee. This applies to the in plain sight behavior. It serves as a sign in my opinion. It's like spelling, I can spell the word, "house".
