+GeekGirl World you should check out DoW 1 and its expansions (3 total). Great RTS game for the PC. It will introduce you to the 40K world with the different alien forces. The Table top war game is nice too.

Relic is known to deliver the hype, both Dawn of war 1 and Dawn of war 2 are the best RTS games I ever played, especially Dow2 retribution.
