Love the music but I'm a bit disappointed by the conspiracist lyrics that claim to know some 'power holders' behind the economic structure and ignore the capitalist structure itself and its inherent structural constraints of capital accummulaiton (profit maximization and so on).
Often this implements the ascription of total power of some few who shall control the alleged powerless 'us' hence denying the own responsibility and agency while workers always had/have the option to organize and seize the means of produciotn. This 'they have the power and I can do nothing' stuff is kinda weird and self-infantilizing and just cements the status quo.
Nice music though. Always loved Discharge.
