H.A.A.R.P. at Full Power

To the uninitiated, H.A.A.R.P.(High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a Military run research fascility that is believed to be the result of Nikola Tesla’s research into Electro-Magnetic Frequency energy. The mystery surrounding HAARP is legendary to say the least. Many alternative media researchers attribute H.A.A.R.P. activity to various events and seemingly natural phenomena – like Earthquakes, Geoengineering Weather Manipulation and EMF Warfare.

Military documents such as Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025 are but one indication that the H.A.A.R.P. facility is part of a sophisticated array of tools that are being used to manipulate the weather and affect the climate. So much has been said about HAARP, it’s hard to separate fact from fiction.
