Have you given any AI conquest directives to the UK at all? They may never leave jolly old England without a kick in the knickers.

it's greece still in the war, and can they even help you out, or they are lock in the balkans?
I guess, you have really a few free units behind your front line, usable for reinforcing and covering the gaps.

sorry for posting this same comment again but what version of HOI3 do you have?
keep an eye on Rumania make sure there not drifting to the central powers if so put troops on the boarder.
Ben in order to win you need to attack one province at a time, attacking it and supporting attack from all directions possible. That is how you win.
