The Grille Is JUST a support Arty. Put it with Armored units to increase soft attack.
I wouldn't tough too much on organization for panzers. However Panzers do need some form of infantry so they have enough organization and hp to not die/lose instantly. The AI is really bad in picking unit templates and almost never uses anything with armor, high hardness or is fast. Research SPGs. Try 5 tanks, 2 spgs, 2 motorized infantry plus support artillery. Your soft attack will be high enough you will BTFO of the ai nearly instantly 99% of the time. When you get rocket artillery add that support as well.
Don't invade Russia. Just trust me on this one ^^

Air combat is sort of rock-paper-scissors, fighters take heavy losses against bombers (though they'll come out on top against un-escorted bombers), heavy fighters slaughter bombers, but fighters beat heavy fighters. So, you want both fighters and heavy fighters when facing bombers.
Is it only me or is he bleeding manpower? That drop from 600k to over 300k hurt my eyes….
