A New Jersey man who was previously homeless, has been denied Medicaid and General Assistance by the Hackensack Human Services through December 31.

Homeless Man Loses Benefits For Not Reporting As Income Money Found

James Brady, was homeless back in April, when he found $850 cash on a sidewalk. James, could have easily pocketed the money and ate well for several months. Instead, he took the noble and honest route and decided to turn the money into police. After 6 months passed, he was awarded the money by police, as no one had claimed the lost treasure.

However, Brady failed to report the newly found $850 as new income, so the system has decided to use its most technical authoritarian rules that underline the Socialist Status of America, by denying the man his benefits.

Bergen County’s United Way has now set up a fund to benefit James Brady. Donations can be made through the charity’s website at www.bergenunitedway.org/compassionfund/helpjamesbrady

Feeding Homeless Now Illegal

In more than 50 Cities across the country, feeding the homeless is now Illegal. One recent example was shown when the case made national headlines, in North Carolina.

An organization known as Love Wins Ministries went out on the weekend to give out sandwiches, coffee, and other food as they did every weekend for 6 years. The Raleigh N.C. Police Department was there, though, to let the Ministry know they were breaking a city ordinance.

The following is an excerpt by a person who was present:

On the morning of Saturday, August, 24, Love Wins showed up at Moore Square at 9:00 a.m., just like we have done virtually every Saturday and Sunday for the last six years. We provide, without cost or obligation, hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich to anyone who wants one. We keep this promise to our community in cooperation with five different, large suburban churches that help us with manpower and funding.

On that morning three officers from Raleigh Police Department prevented us from doing our work, for the first time ever. An officer said, quite bluntly, that if we attempted to distribute food, we would be arrested.

Our partnering church brought 100 sausage biscuits and large amounts of coffee. We asked the officers for permission to disperse the biscuits to the over 70 people who had lined up, waiting to eat. They said no. I had to face those who were waiting and tell them that I could not feed them, or I would be arrested.

This goes to show the overwhelming tyranny that has come to this country. The case shown above is one out of literally hundreds that have occurred over the passed few years.
