   they should experiment on child molesters if they want study subjects.

   This was not an army program, but a CIA program. The second part of the test was done in the New York subway.
   They weren't pleased with the distribution in San Francisco, but very pleased with the distribution in the subway. An attack there would achieve death rates in the thousands.
   One other thing I remember, Allen Dulles saying that "where else, ( other than in the CIA), can a red blooded american boy have so much fun." (doing otherwise illegal activities without repercussions).
   I believe it was in a book called Spooks, by Jim Houglin, back in the early "70s.
   When illness and death occurred, the CIA director should have been relieved and charged with murder.
   The government is our servant, our agent, and there to protect and defend our welfare.
   They have no right to lie to us, keep secrets from us, experiment on us like guinnea pigs, treat us like criminals or the enemy, or collude with others against our best interests.
   A law needs to be passed stating this, and that the punishment for doing so is death. It is necessary because parts of our government have gone rogue, and it will give good people the excuse to disobey criminal orders.
   The government is operating so far outside the constitution that they need bus fare to get back in line!
   President Trump, propose this law. Reinstate the constitution and fix the bill of rights. Take back our sovereignty and de fang the CIA.
