The above “military grade” underground bunker can hold 2,000 people, up to 60 months worth of food, and has its underground power system. It also has its own air/water purification system and guaranteed to protect against nuclear, chemical and biological agents. The total cost is 160 million dollars (Source).
The Mormon Illuminati funded “City Creek Center” project, with a budget that could be as high as $8-10 billion, has very little investment going above ground (source). Probably staying pretty close its $300 million dollar initial budget. Which means that one of two things is going on:

1. Its a money laundering operation with a construction project as its front. In which case, some vigilant citizen could make millions of dollars by reporting it to the Internal Revenue Service (They pay a 10% finders fee on any uncollected income taxes).
2. The Mormon Illuminati have partnered with the Mormon Church to build an underground city for the coming apocalypse.
I believe that the underground city makes more sense, considering how the project is being financed. According to President Gordon B Hinckley:
“We are now working on a major undertaking in Salt Lake City. It is imperative that we preserve the environment around Temple Square. This makes necessary a very large construction project. Tithing funds will not be used for this construction. The income from Church businesses, rents on the property, and other such sources make this possible.” (Source)
Yet, in another statement he proclaimed that income from Church owned businesses would not sustain the Church for a very long time. (Source) This makes it highly unlikely that Church Investments are still behind this now multi-billion dollar development.
Which indicates that the multi-billion dollar project is now being funded by mostly private donations. This money would come from Mormon Illuminati familes like the Eccles (Federal Reserve, Planned Parenthood, Eugenics and Gay Rights), the Marriotts (Gambling, Pornography and Alcohol), Mitt Romney (Olympics Cover-up, Hedge Funds, Neocon) and others.
The Illuminati are bringing about their “age of Lucifer” through destroying the current world order and building a new one on its ashes. Their program includes massive depopulation through:
1. World War III: A conflict between Muslim World, China and Russia vs. the Israel, United States, Canada and Western Europe.
2. Biological warfare.
3. Chemical Warfare
4. Nuclear Warfare
5. Economic collapse & Race Riots
Considering the amount of havoc they plan on unleashing on the earth’s surface, an underground city in downtown Salt Lake makes a whole lot of sense. Before the cataclysm, they and their allies in the Mormon Church are raptured and disappear to their “retreat”. Meanwhile, MWMs (Mormons Without Money) are learning for themselves the truth about God’s existence as they prepare to meet their Maker.
“The Granite Mountain Records Vault (also known simply as The Vault) is a large archive and vault owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints excavated 600 feet into the north side of Little Cottonwood Canyon. The Granite Mountain facilities feature a dry, environment-controlled facility used for long-term record storage, as well as administrative offices, shipping and receiving docks, a processing facility and restoration laboratory for microfilm.
Records stored include genealogical information contained in over 2.4 million rolls of microfilm and 1 million microfiche. This equals about 3 billion pages of family history records. The vault’s library of microfilm increases by up to 40,000 rolls per year. Since 1999, the church has been digitizing the genealogical microfilms stored in the vault. The church makes the records publicly available through its Family History Centers, as well as online at its FamilySearch website.” (Source)
Interestingly enough, one of the locations discussed for the vault (non-military bunker) was underground Salt Lake City. (Source) It looks like that location was reserved for other purposes.

About a year ago, I was told a story by a grandfather clock repairman named (name redacted). He was working on a clock in a home in either in Salt Lake or Provo, I don’t recall. He asked the lady there what her husband did for a living. She told him that he was a private doctor for the twelve, and that he worked in an underground doomsday bunker built with 15 apartments, one for each of the twelve & 3 for the first presidency & their families. She said it had been up and running for several years, and had been staffed with doctors & the like for the general authorities. She also said that it was built (or in the process of being built) to withstand a nuclear blast, but said it was not the same as the Church’s granite vault. She also said that she wasn’t allowed to share where it was, but I’m sure she probably wasn’t allowed to talk about it in general anyway….
Apparently, this arrangement proved unsatisfactory to other Church leaders who, with their families, would have to remain on the surface of the earthwith 99.9% of the other Mormons that couldn’t afford underground bunkers to preserve their families and loved ones. In all probability, they brought up this gross inequity and the Salt Lake City underground bunker project was born.
However, this created quite the tactical dilemna. How could construction underground take place without drawing the attention of the ignorant masses. The solution was the creation of the City Creek Mall Project. Like most Mormons, I was stumped. How could the Church afford to build a project with a proposed budget of $300 million dollars in the midst of a depression? Like many other Mormons, I had heard Church leader, Gordon B Hinckley, give his 7 years of plenty/7 years of famine talk in 2008.
Now, brethren, I want to make it very clear that I am not prophesying, that I am not predicting years of famine in the future. But I am suggesting that the time has come to get our houses in order.
So many of our people are living on the very edge of their incomes. In fact, some are living on borrowings.
“We have witnessed in recent weeks wide and fearsome swings in the markets of the world. The economy is a fragile thing. A stumble in the economy in Jakarta or Moscow can immediately affect the entire world. It can eventually reach down to each of us as individuals. There is a portent of stormy weather ahead to which we had better give heed.” (Source)
Mr Hinckley then went on to state how difficult life had been during the Great Depression. After the speech was given, many members expected to hear about Church preparations to meet the coming crisis. Surely, local chapels would become centers of activity where food was prepared for storage, medical supplies were acquired, sleeping bags and tents would appear, water purifiers, guns and ammunition would also be considered. Mormons are known for preparing for the worst. However, no further announcements were forthcoming.
Instead, Gordon B Hinckley announced that the Church would be devoting its resources to building a $300 million dollar retail mall in downtown Salt Lake City. No tithing funds were to be used, they proudly proclaimed, only investments from Church owned businesses. Many members of the Church again wondered whether such investments were supposedly consecrated to be used for the benefits of the Church at large, in preparation for the coming crisis, or to be used for the vain things of the world.
Retail Malls mean nothing during a Depression, neither does Office Space, or Luxury Condominiums for that matter. This part of the project was scaled back considerably (Source), yet the cost of the project skyrocketed into the billions of dollars. Whether or not the partnership with the Mormon Illuminati originated at the project’s inception, or came later, is a matter of speculation.
The fact that Mormon Illuminati money is paying for the new and improved underground city is no longer a matter of speculation. Imagine, Luciferians and devout Mormons, happily co-existing under the earth’s surface, while other Luciferians launch nuclear bombs, chemical weapons and plagues of Biblical Proportion. Its kind of like the Ark, only with Satanists on Board, and no smelly animals.
Meanwhile, my fellow Mormons are now free to contemplate how 8-10 billion dollars that, at one point, originated with someone’s tithes and offerrings, is being used to keep the Church Elite and their Luciferian allies alive, at the expense of the General membership.
These secret society members of the Illuminati may be retiring to their coffins, their graves to be excavated in the distant future by the new world. If the world experiences a galactic cleansing of the planet, these Reptilians could possibly be buried alive under new oceans, new mountains or just fall into a crevice that reaches the center of the earth, thus their own hell!
