This life is brief and full of cares and God's people can not let those cares be theirs but let their prayers be to God for the solutions and cast them to God's Throne, not our cares, but be free in God to love unencumbered by this world – knowing the times and the seasons but praying against the strongholds and letting go and let God as we leave those cares at the Throne. They become God's burdens and our burden of love becomes light to us and our burden of care is gone as we let go. GOD MOVES when we let go, He does not need our help there.

We like to take on heavy weights sometimes – an ego thing. Sometimes we take on problems like they have no effect on us. Heavy weights is fine if you are increasing muscle mass by lifting weights but spiritually this approach only drags us down. This is why we cast ALL the cares on God, He is GOD and we were not designed to do that. The burdens of loving and not being self focused operates when we are not distracted and pulled down by the cares of the world that steal GOD'S JOY in us. We can be in a position of REST even in motion if we keep our hearts focused on God and free of the "cares of the world that steal our joy."
