The actress who portrays the step-mother looks so familiar!
The sisters are named Clorinda and Tisbe after Rossini's La Cenerentola!
Omg. Why wasn't that Lady Tremaine in 2015's Cinderella instead of Cate Blanchett. No offense. Cate's a better actress… but this Lady Tremaine looks so much like the animated version. She is better cast!

alright. in the cinderella episode 1×02…. they showed three stepsister and when they get on the carriage they show the step mother get on the carriage but she has dark bown hair …. and here lady tremaine suddenly has grey hair when they already had shown how they went to the ball….. likeeeeeeeeeee, seriously but but they recasted and redid things.. i mean how does she have grey hair and later on she has dark brown hair.. also the stepsisters used to be fat. this is a total recast.
I think Anastasia really might be another stepsister… Her say she still has her sisters when she left with Will to go to Wonderland. And yeah the mother is younger in OUATIW but it also might be because Anastasia is older than her two sisters….. and Anastasia leaving to Wonderland is also pre Cinderella… where the mother didn't marry Cinderella's father yet.. or Cinderella and the other stepsisters were little children during that time. and it makes sense that the cinderella and aladdin stories are coming back in one episode. because in ouatiw aladdin, at least jafar played a huge part and the red queen was an "ally" of him.

They showed Will Scarlet back in season 4, which hinted at his friendship with Alice and something happening to the Red Queen (he had the drawing of her and kinda teared up), so its not like ouatiw isnt canon. Anastasia was always thought to be one of the step sisters, however even back in season 1 with the first Cinderella ep, they showed two brown haired girls. I think there were 3 step sisters, but one left (Ana) to Wonderland with Will before the ball and Rumple. Maybe she might make a cameo (HOPEFULLY), and talk about wanting to leave with Will and then leaving??? idk

Is this where we find out why Rumple had such a low opinion of the fairy godmother, the way he reacted in season 1 was like Cinderella was better off without her, im curious why
Can't get over the fact that Cinderella was pregnant for 28 years. Had she gave brith before the curse was enacted, her kid could have been as old as Emma now.
I hope to god that the evil queen kills Cinderellas step mother and step sisters and shows what evil really is
Redoing Cinderella
Originally, Wonderland was to take place over season 2's events, however, that was never actually confirmed, but last season they brought in Will and actually connected the two then. It's why Will just randomly disappears. As for how Anastasia fits in, I do not believe that she is Cinderella's Anastasia. The personality and background info we got of her does not really fit the story of Cinderella, although a few events are close. She is simply the Red Queen and Anastasia is just the name she was given.
I guess Anastasia was a brunette before going to Wonderland.
