As I understand the scriptures, there is no rapture until Christ's return at the end of the tribulation. These Christians that think that they will escape all of the time of Jacob's trouble will simply not be prepared for it and will be susceptible to taking the mark of the beast. The escape of Christians is to the place of safety and not in heaven to where they believe that they will be caught up to. They will not find the remnant because they are in a place on earth where they will be protected by God the Father.Satan will send a flood of filth after them but the earth will open up and swallow it up just as Pharaoh:s army was swallowed by the Red Sea. This is a type of how the Father will protect the remnant. The elect are being deceived right now and Satan is mixing his false teachings with some truth and making it seem plausible to Christian groups. We must really be on our toes and get closer to God day by day and trust Him as Abram trusted Him when he was told to sacrifice Isaac. We need to be preparing our brethren for these hard times and not comforting them by telling them that they will escape all of it: It is a great dis-service to them.
