You are making it harder than what it is. Use light, ancient writings and pictures, and if you work for the government get cleared for reading classified info from the south pole. If not study lasers, flow of charges in nuclear facilities, magnetic fields of the earth, etc. Think out of the box. The engine left for the railroad which the government took should be used on earth not in space. There is no fuel. Stop thinking you have to create force in materials and think out of the box.

You just need mercury counter reactive spinning, one with only positive charge and one with a negative charge. two circle tubes with Mercury inside them and a way to charge the fluid with a + and other with a – CHARGE. The moment authority takes the time to debunk something you know you're on to something. If this technology didn't work why then would NASA set up experiments to show the public it doesn't work.
