Are police Being Robotized by “Beyond Black” High tech Microwave Shoulder Held Communication Systems ?

Is there a secret plan deploying sophisticated Beyond Black   high-tech pulsed beam microwaves to “robotize” the police in large urban areas, making them increasingly aggressive and tyrannical, operating with a policy of “no tolerance”?

Are some of the police in large urban areas being entrained with aggressive attitudes by a secret deployment of this Beyond Black technology through their shoulder mounted high tech police radio systems?

Can these aggressive “no tolerance” attitudes be remotely but directly entrained in police officers brains by use of high tech microwave police radio systems with specialized frequencies?

Can abject violent outbursts be elicited which resemble parietal or temporal lobe psycho-motor seizures as some officers become “overstimulated” cerebrally in conflict situations?

Here is a case of needless and illegal police brutality against a man with a major handicap in a wheelchair.

Here is a video clip of a women who was pulled over and thrown to the ground and hog tied, needlessly brutalized and charged with resisting arrest.  When the judge was shown the dashboard video he threw the case out of court.  The victims was paid $250,000 in damages.

There are literally hundreds of videos available on the Internet of recent incidents of needless and illegal urban police brutality that seem incredulous but they are nonetheless real. Most police officers are well trained and taught to make clean arrests without brutality.  What has gone wrong?  We know that many police officers, especially in gang ridden urban areas with marked by poverty, drugs and crime have very stressful jobs and higher risk of death on the job.  This can create significant tension and sometimes create an environment that makes unnecessary roughness and police brutality more likely.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN THE ALL TOO COMMON RECENT ILLEGAL AND NEEDLESS POLICE BRUTALIZATION OF WOMEN, THE ELDERLY, THE SEVERELY HANDICAPPED OR RETARDED OR YOUNG CHILDREN

What cannot be easily explained is when women, the elderly, the severely handicapped or retarded, or young children are needlessly brutalized by police.  And this has become an all too common occurrence. Significant disclosures have been coming forth lately from those who have worked on the inside.  These folks are telling for the first time what technology is likely causing this excessive, inappropriate violence by the police.  The most prominent such individual who has come forth openly, identifying himself is Dr. Barry Trower who is considered the top expert in the world on microwave technology and the weaponization of microwaves.  More on his disclosures  a bit later.

RADIATION SICKNESS HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED IN THE PAST AS A REAL MEDICAL DISORDER CHARACTERIZED BY DAMAGE FROM MICROWAVE INDUCED HEAT, BUT THE INTERNAL BRAIN EFFECTS AND COGNITIONS CAUSED BY MICROWAVE “ENTRAINMENT” HAVE BEEN LARGELY IGNORED AND SUPPRESSED TO PROTECT SECRET MINDKONTROL PROJECTS WHICH STARTED UNDER “OPERATION PAPERCLIP”

Since WW2 it became known that soldiers and radar operators exposed to too much radiation from radar equipment could suffer from a disorder was called “radiation sickness”. This was written about and discussed but basically is now described only as the production of too much heat from the radiation.  There is typically no mention of any psychotronic effects since this whole subject has been locked down under “national security”.

Folks might think, well there is no way police departments would allow their officers to use dangerous or unproven technology. this is not true.  All one has to do is dig a little bit to find out the problems that developed from handheld radar guns being used by police and the increased rates of testicular cancer.  It was hypothesized that this was a result of where the police stored the device between cars, on the seat between their legs.  Interestingly enough, many of such  radar devices including window and deck mounted devices were changed from constant-on to momentary-on to greatly reduce exposure.

It has been known for years that military and civilian radar operators close to the beam source have higher rates of cataracts and certain cancers and medical disorders.  It used to be called radiation sickness before national security was imposed on the whole area.

OPERATION PAPERCLIP AND THE MAD SEARCH FOR HIGH TECH MINDKONTROL TECHNOLOGY

During Operation Paperclip when numerous top Nazi scientists were given complete immunity and brought to America to continue their evil human experiments to develop the “perfect mindkontrol weapons”, they discovered that microwaves generated at certain frequencies could “entrain” certain thought patterns.  Continued development of these microwave induction weapons to entrain thought resulted in means to actually transmit spoken voices and other recorded sounds directly into the auditory processing center of the brain itself, bypassing the outer and inner ear and even the hair-cells and much of the credit for this must go to G. Patrick Flanagan whose technology was designed to help the deaf hear, but was allegedly hijacked and developed for use as a psychotronic weapon using microwaves to remotely entrain sounds, thoughts and emotions into the human brain.
