I wonder why people assume America has any serious intention of resolving conflict. The U.S. doesn't want resolution anywhere it goes. It goes to these places to destabilize, reduce the population and destroy education, instigate internal strife, and reap the benefits of that manufactured chaos in any way possible.
Consider how long it it took to topple Baghdad: 03/19-04/9, 19 days, for the invasion to end: May 1st, 42 days.
Fourteen years later, dang, still can't pull out of Iraq.
They claim America's incompetent at war but that's sounds to me like a woman saying a man is incompetent at emotion. They want grandiose displays of force and honest politicians, but America is run by thieves and duplicitous people. America poisons the well then takes what it wants because that is the most efficient way.
People who think America doesn't win wars must believe it wants those wars to end, well it doesn't. As long as there is someone in power who will sign the agreements and ship the goal to America safely and successfully, America would have that entire part of the world fighting and killing each other.
