I don't believe he has the smoking gun. He's still searching for it. But he does obviously have some classified documents. But even these would probably not be enough to convince the public although it could place the government in a suspicious light if he was met with foul play. He is trying to create a critical mass of anecdotal evidence through his interviews, on top of the classified documents that will lend credibility to the content. I wish him luck in his endeavour.
