The south american jungle is so dense and so huge that only about 5% is explored it has 2.1 million SQUARE miles of forest that's, 12.0 billion acres…There are literally millions of acres of land that no man in the history of the world has ever set foot…We look down on it from helicopters and planes but…There are things there that hide so well, they'll maybe never be discovered…No worries about the jungles of this world, man is a mite on a flea on the back of an elephant.

The race is on to get technologically advanced enough to leave the planet before the impending meteor/super volcano strikes. Wiping most of the population shant be such a bad thing but no guarantees its not going to be all of us and all these other fellow planet-inhabiting animals. Sporadically eat mushrooms please!

It shouldn't have to be too late to learn that we have to leave this magnificent place alone, we have to realize if this place and other forests are gone only God will saves us from extinction.

Amazon is the home of 10% or 1/10 of all animal and plant species on earth! More than 1000 species of frogs and more than 1500 kinds of birds. On sq km may have 13,000 species of insects. It's a place where a new species is discovered every 3 days. But, "human activity has removed more than 1/10 of trees and plants from the Amazon rainforest since the 1960s …. Widespread removal of trees has contributed to a rise in the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere, increasing the … impact of climate change …" – Google

I think it is cruelty to animals, when they put a gps around the neck of the Jaguar. I don't care if they are calling themselves scientists, it is cruelty to animals.
