This program forgot to mention the rape, murder and torture that was committed from tribe to tribe. Not to mention the taking of lands and slaves from one tribe to the next. Also the human sacrifices and molestations of women and children. The ancient settlers of the "New World" were not these innocent peace loving people's that this propaganda piece is trying to portray.
If this video is about truth, then why is a lie embedded within? You loose credibility if part of your truth is a lie. The part comparing Hitler's Germany and the Holocaust is the lie, since many people like my self know the truth about the lie of the holocaust. It simply did not happen, there was no plan to exterminate Jews …. the Real WW2 holocaust happened to the German people. Just as History has been distorted about the Native Americans and what happened to them, it has been distorted about the events surrounding WW2, the holocaust and the aftermath that followed by the deaths of at least 1.5 million Germans both military and civilians held in Allied Concentration camps, and the many more millions killed by terror bombings carried out by the Britt and US air corps. The so called holocaust is the only supposed historical event protected by law … if it were true it would stand scrutiny with no legal protection, yet in many countries to even question any part of the holocaust story can land you in prison.
This comment is not meant to detract from the truth in this video as it is shameful what happened to the Native population in the Americas, and it saddens me greatly. But merely to point out that it needs a correction made to the presentation. If you are presenting truth do not sow into it a lie.
The devastation of the Native American population is an unparalleled event and stands on it's own in the annals of history.
