The chakras skipped over are the 'solar plexus' or 'manipura' chakra which sits below the lungs I think, and the 'anja' or 'third eye chakra' which has to do with intellect I think. Also, the crown chakra has to do with reaching oneness with nature I think..
also, I think the creation of a 'new' chakra refered to, is perhaps rather the activation or opening of the crown chakra, which, like the anja chakra, is dormant in most cases..
