Tony Rooke refused to pay a TV license fee because the BBC intentionally misrepresented facts about the 9/11 attacks, he alleged. It is widely known that the BBC reported the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7 over 20 minutes before it occurred. WTC 7 was a 47-story skyscraper that was not hit by a plane on 9/11 but collapsed at free-fall speed later that day.
So Rooke said the BBC had to have had prior knowledge to a terror attack making them complicit in the attack. He presented the BBC footage to the judge along with a slew of other evidence, and the judge agreed that Rooke had a reasonable case to protest. Rooke was found not guilty and he was not fined for failure to pay the licensing fee.

Great article and one of the first to report it, even though it happened back in February 2013, but as usual you have only done half a job. The real story here is that under this ruling, everyone in the UK can also refuse to pay for their TV licenses using this ruling, and also that Tony will send you copies of all his evidence if you need it or want it for your own refusal to pay for the license fee. We ALL know that the BBC were complicit in this mass murder, so what are we waiting for?
To: Michael.. It’s amazing that there are still people who actually ‘believe’ the lies of mainstream media. This was no secret and it continues today with the Colorado theatre shooting, the Sandy Hook shooting and the Boston bombing. EVERY ONE of them were shady reporting. The theatre witnesses ‘told’ of more than one shooter. Never, ever made public. Sandy Hook used actors along with Boston. If the masses don’t wake up soon, they will be walking to the FEMA concentration camps and controlled by the bankers who ‘arrange’ for the puppet presidents of every country they select to keep them in slavery.

I respect this man for standing up and making it known and also this website (alternative media) for printing it. Lest we forget the great judge that was man enough to back the ‘people’ in this case. It’s the first step in making the corruption known and starting to stand up for the ‘truth.’

It’s amazing that for such a ” widely known ” event, so few people actually know anyting about it. Equally curious is that teams of renowned scientists and engineers who examined countless hours of video contradict the government 911 narrative. It is also puzzling and disturbing that ground zero was not treated like a crime scene and that almost all of the physical evidence was whisked away and destroyed without being examined. Most Americans do know that a great deal, if not most, of the information uncovered by the 911 Commission was classified and has never been publicly disclosed. Only a very few people know that as the twin towers were under attack, George Tennet was eating his breakfast at the Mayflower Hotel in D.C. and was reported to have said he hoped it wasn’t the guys that took flight training in Florida.
