Same thing happened in Port Angeles, Wa. They closed a Wal-Mart store supposedly because they wanted to build a super Wal-Mart, but instead of just making that one super, they built an entirely different store 2 blocks away, gutted the old one..but now there's all kinds of security and strange black cars parked outside of it and it is totally off limits to the general public….and of course nobody questioned any of it.
