Women Evicted For Living Off The Grid

(Oliver Darcy) A Fla. city is set to evict a widow for her unique life style of “living off the grid.” Robin Speronis told WFTX-TV that she was given an eviction notice after the station aired a story about how she chooses to live in a home without modern amenities, such as running water and electricity.

“A code enforcement officer came, knocked on the door the n posts a placard that says uninhabitable property, do not enter,” Robin said.

“Putting a woman who lives by herself, who is a widow, out on the street without any due process of law is unfathomable,” she added.

According to WFTX-TV, the notice cited international property maintenance code which said the property is not safe to live in.

Speronis, however, disputes such claims and wonders how a code enforcement officer would know without even entering the house. Now, she is speaking out demanding justice.

“I’m going to bring this to the attention of anyone who will listen until justice is served,” she said.

“Where is the justice? Why did they choose me,” she asked, “I was exercising my First Amendment rights of free speech in discussing living off the grid.”

A local attorney has decided to represent Speronis for free, according to WFTX-TV.

Here you have the poster child of green living and you’d think they would commend her but instead they treat her like a criminal.

Her crime – Being too independent! She doesn’t NEED something they can TAKE AWAY and therefore cannot be CONTROLLED…

Time for some legal action…A good settlement will help perpetuate her independence!

With regard to the Florida woman about to be evicted from her home for living off the grid:

Surely, ‘an international property maintenance code” (presumably originating from the UN?) pertains to the landlord and not the tenant?

If action is to be executed against an occupant or tenant, under this ‘code”, then most of the world’s population must by necessity in breach of it, making the code impossible to enforce. Surely this renders the code redundant?

In addition, if a person’s circumstances within their nation of residence, offer them little choice, other than to live in the most ‘sustainable’ manner possible (see UN Agenda 21) , or fails to provide a sustainable lifestyle, then that nation is complicit in, if not responsible for, the creation and/or perpetuation of the individual’s circumstances. Agenda 21 is simply the means by which the inexorable progression towards corporatization of every aspect of nature, is ‘legalized,’ with the ultimate goal being to render the masses impotent to the will of the few.

Furthermore, ‘the code’ invalidates itself, if it doesn’t RECOGNIZE and ACKNOWLEDGE the plight of those who are forced to live on the streets, and fails to protect them from starvation and harm.

The saying, ‘laws are made to be broken,’ is proven by the loopholes and injustices woven into them which only ever funnel our finances into the hands of greedy lawyers. Sadly, the law does not have a moral backbone, so there is no such thing as ‘justice,’ but there is karma….

The constitution and bill of rights says the government shall make no law ,the third amendment in the bill of rights says no soldier shall enter a home at any time ,the 1833 supreme court judge Marshall said “a mans home is his castle the Government shall not impinge upon this RIGHT”These laws that are the foundation upon which our country is built property rights can not be impinged period .The law is going against the Constitution and no law supercedes the Constitution sue and take that local Gov. for all they are worth.

Unfortunately our founding documents have been surrendered to the UN. Agenda 21’s international property maintenance codes, and [unelected] officers appointed to enforce them, supercede all local, state, and national laws. It’s a scam to steal property, basically.
