@Woolfieman Taiwan and China hate eachother, and Taiwan is extremely friendly towards the US. So at the point in the song where he's getting ready to go to war with China, "Mooning them from Taiwan" is basically giving China the finger one last time from both the USA and Taiwan.
Taiwan actually still considers itself part of China and the biggest political party on the island is pro-reunification in the long run. (Also, they back any and all territorial claims of China plus have a few of their own the mainlanders aren't pushing.)
