First of all Latin America would never get involved in any world conflict. There's so much corruption between Mexico, Argentina and Brazil alone that all war financing efforts would end up in someone's pocket.
Having said that, Russia will never occupy the United States. And the United States would never occupy China as well. The effort and resources for either country to do so would be extraordinary.
