Few thing i prefer not to see in a movie like this.
1. Children, especially with dialogues longer than two words + Screaming and wheezing.
2. American saying his family is important.
3. Other American saying: Well we all important.
4. Third American that agrees with both and tears.
5. US military personal that seat in front of PC with some weird Sci Fi GUI.
6. Pie charts and bars that say "We all fucked" in 49 hours, 6 minutes and 5 seconds on some big screen.

3. Every human being either has the potential to be great or might already be great. Most are victims of circumstance. Even those who will never be great or "important" might be carrying dormant hereditary triats.That will result in one or more of his descendants being great.
5. Thats a little cheesy. But it gets the point across and that point is that most military personal have access to tech that could be considered scifi.
The trailer must predate the final cut, when they cut out a climactic battle scene set in Russia to downplay politics.

The whole train countdown thing in the beginning freaked me out more than the zombies
