Zuckerberg In Obama’s Back Pocket, FB Unsafe For Obama Opponents

A St. Louis TV anchor claims everything was going along swimmingly until he asked President Obama about the First Family’s many vacations. After that, he says, things took a turn for the worse and not only is Larry Conners now a former anchor for KMOV in St. Louis, he’s also being harassed by the IRS.

During an interview last year with President Obama, Conners asked the President a few harmless questions about government spending. He says everything was going fine until he explained to the President that “some KMOV viewers were concerned about the First Family ‘jetting around on different vacations’ and wondered if he was ‘out of touch.”

Conners said the warm demeanor of President Obama and his staff suddenly went cold. Conners believes that, as a result of the interview, he became a target for the IRS.

Conners had been on an IRS payment plan since August 2011 and had made every payment on time. After the Obama interview went viral in April 2012 Conners was notified that the IRS was canceling his payment plan.

Conners then took to his Facebook page and posted the following:

“The President’s face clearly showed his anger; afterwards, his staff which had been so polite … suddenly went cold,” Conners wrote on Facebook. “What I don’t like to even consider … is that because of the Obama interview … the IRS put a target on me. Can I prove it? At this time, no. But it is a fact that since the April 2012 interview … the IRS has been pressuring me.”

When KMOV station officials saw the posting on Conner’s Facebook page they dictated a statement for him to read that made it sound like Conner deliberately withheld information in his Facebook posting in order to infer a connection between President Obama and the IRS action. KMOV General Manager, Mark Pimentel, then terminated Conner, with cause, citing that because of the Facebook posting Conner had compromised his integrity and credibility.

Conners says he was under a “gag order” from the station which prevented him from sharing more details with viewers, and because of the misleading statement he was forced to read some viewers started labeling him as a tax cheater and a tax fraud.

Conners posted a detailed Facebook post on Monday, May 13, but it’s no longer available. In the post he said, “Almost immediately after the interview, the IRS started hammering me. At the time, I dismissed the ‘co-incidence,’ but now, I have concerns…after revelations about the IRS targeting various groups and their members.”

On May 24, Conners was able to issue a statement through his attorney to clear up timeline issues for his viewers. According to the statement he’s had to hire a tax attorney but still hasn’t been able to resolve the issue with the IRS.

Given that Conners was making his tax payments in a timely fashion, there’s no question he’s been targeted by someone. The question is who?

This isn’t the first time Facebook has censored posts that dare to speak against Obama. In September 2011 Infowars reporter Darrin McBreen was warned by Facebook to “be careful about making political statements.” In October of 2012, Facebook was censoring Infowars posts that used the words “Al-CIA-da” over a picture of Osama Bin Laden.

And again in October 2012, Facbeook censored a post by the Sepcial Operations Speaks PAC (SOS) which “highlighted the fact that Obama denied backup to the forces being overrun in Benghazi.

It’s no secret that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his mega-rich cronies have been lobbying for an increase in the H-1B visas in the immigration reform bill. This key bit of legislation would allow high-tech companies to import high-tech foreign workers at a fraction of what they’d have to pay if they hired legal American citizens for the job.

So it only makes sense that Facebook filters are set to maximum overdrive to pick up any post that says anything derogatory about Obama or his administration. It also makes sense that those posts are then forwarded to the PTB, especially in Conner’s case since his interview went viral.

From there it’s not too difficult to imagine someone in the Obama administration giving the IRS a heads-up to set their sights on Conners.

So let’s be careful out there in Facebook land. You never know who’s watching.

We voted in what we thought was a leader to take the US away from the Big Gov / Big Ag / Big Pharma / Big Military complex. And what we got was really the Big XXX optimizer for those big entities. Instead of a leader we now have a dictator.
