Over 1,700 students in Waterloo Region have received suspension notices in which they were warned to update their immunization records or face suspension from school next week.
The notices, from Waterloo Region Public Health, were given to students Wednesday.
“They have until May 7 to call us and update their records or get immunizations before suspension day,” said Linda Black, the manager of the region’s Vaccine Preventable Disease Program.
Students still have time to get vaccinated before the deadline.
Provincial law allows public health departments to suspend students from attending school for up to 20 days or until their immunization records are updated.
Black says Waterloo Region Public Health sent a letter in September advising parents to send updated immunization records. A second round of letters went out about six weeks ago, warning of the impending suspension.

ppl dont realize that this has always been required. i owned a daycare years ago, and it was states policy to require PROOF of immuno records on file at all times….i did not accept any kids without them for fear of penalization if the state was ever to come “inspect” things.
the only reason its becoming a problem now, is because ppl are beginning to realize this country is doing waaaaay too much in controlling ppl, and NOW some of its citizens are trying to buck the system. well its too late because why ppl was stuck to the idiot tube, or at someones super bowl etc, that puppet bamaboy was busy signing in even MORE UNREASONABLE laws and requirements lol. sooooo, the ppl are soon to be a $1 short and a day late….literrally and figuretively.
and oh, they only START requiring immunos in PRESCHOOL/daycare….it doesnt change once they get to elementary and on up…its STILL required to be on file AND up to date on shots….worse than getting a puppy vaccinated, smh.
So here is a government holding children ransom for obeyance. Refuse the shots set an example and shove the government where it belongs.
No government has a right to force unproven and most likely criminal requirements on the people. You are not sheep nor cattle and you have to right to life unfettered without side effect, effects.
The government will not accept the responsibility for the damages and will tie up any compensation in litigation. While the people are forced to deal with the aftermath. You are not even dealing with “elected officials” shit can the royalty and those who believe they are “honorable” because of position or birth.
An assigned position does not make anyone worthy, deeds do.
It is the opposite, chicken pox carries the shingles virus. It lies dormant and they do not know what the trigger is, usually stress.
However, I just did more research and I did not know shingles can cause chicken pox to someone that hasn’t had it………..mmmmmmmmmm.
My son just called me last night and asked me if shingles are contagious. I looked it up and they are NOT contagious. Also, about 6 weeks ago I read an article about a scientist/biologist who helped create all kinds of vaccines for us many years ago and he stated that all vaccines contain cancer causing agents. Research it !!!!!!!! Every vaccine will cause us harm eventually. Especially………….do not take a new vaccine.
