@NowYouSeeTV Leviticus 19:28 and 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. If you have tattoos because you got them when you didn't know any better its a good idea to hide them as much as you can to be the best christian you can be, we are the light of the world, it is our job to show people the right way to live. Although if you have tattoos they can serve as a testimony to how the lost can be found, I used to be a heroin addict, but luckily i don't have any tattoos. If i did, I'd get them removed
yah, where? theres a part in the old testament wehre ppl who worshipped a certain idol had them so yeshuas ppl werent suppose to get them for that reason. to be seperate from the idol worshippers. i m christian and been to a bible college for a short while. i dont ahve tattoos. what ppl should be focusing on is having a relationship with Jesus Christ. its not about rules and regulationshion but what kind of relatioship you have with Him and let him do his work from there on.
You're right, they other day I went to a water park, say few with a cross on there neck, but with tons of HUGE tattoos, Tattoos on Evil picture for most, So I ask myself what the point of showing the Cross of Jesus on your neck and walk with all these tattoos ? Fashion ? Doesn't look really " Jesus " to me since we all know that follow Jesus mean, be like him, as a model, someone we can get inspiration both physically and spiritually doing so, we get more knowledge from the Holly spirit.

In Leviticus the Lord was talking to the ISRAELITES. Where are you getting information that this also applies to Christians?
And the Bible is the Word of God and The Word is God and The Same Word was made Human and came to dwell with us.
