‘Conspiracy Theory With Jesse Ventura’ Is Your Brain Being ‘Invaded’?

The Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) was a command and control communications system intended for use by the United States government to facilitate military communications before, during and after a nuclear war. Specifically, GWEN was constructed to survive the effects of a high-altitude nuclear explosion electromagnetic pulse to insure that the United States President can give a launching order to strategic nuclear bombers.

GWEN was part of the Strategic Modernization Program designed to upgrade the nation’s strategic communication system, thereby strengthening the value of nuclear deterrence. The GWEN communication system, established in the late 1980s, was designed to transmit critical messages (i.e. Emergency Action Messages (EAMs)) to United States nuclear forces. EMP, over a large area, can produce a sudden power surge that would overload unprotected electronic equipment  and render it inoperable. In addition, EMP would interfere with transmissions  that use the ionosphere for propagation. GWEN would use a ground-hugging wave for propagation, being unaffected by the EMP.

“GWEN is a superb system, in combination with cyclotron resonance, for producing behavioral alterations in the civilian population. The average strength of the steady geomagnetic field varies from place to place across the United States. Therefore, if one wished to resonate a specific ion in living things in a specific locality, one would require a specific frequency for that location. The spacing of GWEN transmitters 200 miles apart across the United States would allow such specific frequencies to be ‘tailored’ to the geomagnetic-field strength in each GWEN area.”

The theory is that people around the country — and possibly the world — are being targeted by some mysterious group (within the government) who makes them hear voices and upsets their brainwaves.

The “T.I’s” as they’re called claim that government officials experimented with mind control and have the ability to use this technology on ordinary citizens. This was very true back in the 1970′s with the MK Ultra program which was supposedly shut down by congress.

The Air Force actually got a patent to use microwaves on people and has tested it on people before they applied for the patent. Hard to believe, isn’t it?

These people aren’t just a bunch of crackpots, either. There are police officers, people with  masters degrees and others. Though it’s hard to believe that the people the Conspiracy Theory team interview just happen to hear voices at the time of filming.

Is there a government plot to invade the brains of people? If so, it’s quite a scary thought! How can people trust the government — or anyone — when things like this are supposedly happening?
