The networks have called 2012 election for President Barack Obama, after calling the race in Ohio for the Democratic incumbent.
The race remains too close to call in Virginia and Ohio, but the Ohio win — plus victories in New Hampshire, Iowa, and Wisconsin — put the president over the 270 electoral vote threshold to win the election.
