If a catastrophic earth based event (such as an asteroid impact, or natural  mega disaster) were to occur on a future date and world governments had advanced knowledge of such an event — would the populace be warned? 

If the event were to be too catastrophic to recover from, and people in dense population centers were left to fend for themselves — would world governments preform an extermination of some regions in advance to avoid the total mayhem of a dynamic breakdown of society into ultimate civil unrest?

One must wonder…

On Wednesday, November 9, 2011, a strange series of events are set to take place that you should be informed about — many events pertaining to the subject have already happened which in turn lead up to this date and have been covered periodically by The Intel Hub.

Lets start with a basic breakdown of some of the events and then we will lead into the fact that the U.S. government just ordered 44 million doses of the Anthrax vaccine at the cost of over a billion dollars of taxpayer money.

This object C/2010 X1 was said to have been discovered last December by a Russian astronomer named Leonid Elenin, however our sources indicate otherwise.

A very interesting part to the story is how the Earth enters the debris trail of ELENIN on November 9, 2011 — the very same day of the FEMA/FCC takeover drill.

FEMA, the FCC, and Homeland Security plan to commandeer the airwaves next month. The Emergency Alert System (EAS) will be tested at 1 PM EST on November 9. EAS alerts are transmitted over radio and television broadcast stations, cable television and other media services.

Local and state EAS components are tested weekly and monthly, but this will be the first national test of the system. It is significant that FEMA will conduct the mandatory test.

FEMA was created by executive fiat. EO 12148 was signed into law by a stroke of Jimmy Carter’s pen on July 20, 1979. FEMA is described as a federal agency designed to coordinate government response to natural disasters that overwhelm the resources of local and state authorities.

In fact, the federal agency was established as part of a martial law mechanism.

Now it appears that they are prepping the masses that the comet might be breaking apart and might melt (due to the fact that citizen astronomers have never spotted the object that Leonid Elenin discovered with a typical 18″ scope when it was 100 more faint).

An International Business Times excerpt reads;

In August, doomsday prophets speculated that icy comet Elenin would wreak havoc on Earth. Now new images from an amateur Australian astronomer are showing a rapid dimming in Comet Elenin, leading some astronomers to believe that the comet may be falling apart.

Michael Mattiazo, an amateur astronomer from Australia, captured two images of Elenin — one on Aug. 19 and the other on Sept. 6 — that show the comet could be disintegrating. The video footage of Elenin shows that the comet began losing some cohesion around late August and early September as it neared the sun.
The comet reached its closest point to the sun on Sept. 10.

“I had suspicions about this comet since discovery in December 2010 that it would not survive its perihelion passage [the comet’s passage closest to the sun],” Mattiazzo told Space.com in an email.

Why is Comet ELENIN not saturating the main stream media? Halley’s Comet dominated the media on its close passing.

The other fact that a massive continent killer asteroid named 2005 YU55 will be passing by Earth on November 9th raises hairs on the back of your neck as well.

After all, why would the Pentagon openly deploy 20,000 troops in the CONUS by 2011?

The JPL orbital diagram and data seems to be fictitious and reverse engineered into some type of advanced encrypted database for the upcoming event anticipated. ELENIN, according to some researchers stands forExtinction Level Event Notable Impact November, also encoded into the name is Elevin Nine (Nov. 9), and LEONID (a meteor shower that peaks in November).

This also ties in with the massive gearing up of underground bases worldwide at a rapid rate and mass graves for U.S. citizens which were exposed worldwide on March 25, 2009 on the Alex Jones Show by Shepard Ambellas Of The Intel Hub.

On Nov 9, 2011 the earth will supposedly cross the threshold of the debris tail of ELENIN on the same plain (assuming ELENIN is a real object that would be catastrophic) However, this, according to our sources as well as independent researchers, is some sort of military code and ELENIN is not a physical object. IfELENIN is not a real object we might be expecting a major earth change, a solar event caused by another space object, (possibly 2005 YU55) or a staged attack.

We must also be open to the idea that this is all a psyop for an event that the elites are going to purposely cause and blame on Elenin.

It is equally important to take into consideration the FEMA/FCC Take over drill that is set to take place on November 9, 2011, the very same day that asteroid 2005 YU55 threatens to hit earth and/or the moon.

Another startling and possible connection is the new movie planned to open on 11-11-11.

The movie, starring Kirsten Dunst, is titled Melancholia and is about a planet ten times the size of earth that is set on a collision course with our planet.

A possible doomsday event could not be complete without positioning of troops in key places throughout the country. The Intel hub has reported numerous troop movements in the continental United States throughout the last 6 months which further backs the possibility of a future major event.

Rogers authored the Pandemic and All-Hazard Preparedness Reauthorization Act of 2011 (H.R. 2405) in an effort to strengthen and expand federal bioterrorism preparedness programs. The bipartisan legislation passed the House Energy and Commerce Committee by a unanimous voice vote on July 28.

To protect against anthrax, the U.S. government has ordered 44.75 million doses of a vaccine from a Maryland company….

“In coming to agreement, Emergent and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention worked diligently to establish business terms that incorporate substantial price concessions.”

Initial deliveries are expected to begin this year. A total of 8.5 million doses scheduled to be delivered during the first contract year.

So who are the other 292 million and why don’t they get vaccines?

If if an asteroid or debris were to impact earth, a real continent killer like 2005 Yu55, the pandemonium would be too overwhelming for governments to respond to — the plans would be simple, and have already been drafted.

Taking a look at Operation Garden Plot, a general U.S. Army and National Guard plan to respond to major domestic civil disturbances within the United States, shows that the U.S. government clearly has a plan to deal with civil unrest in America and that plan isn’t designed to protect or help the everyday American citizen.

A continuity of government operation would be considerably easier if millions of Americas had already died due to some sort of bio terrorism attack.

Further Evidence Of Plans For Military Takeover Of America

The fact that the pentagon wants to deploy 20,000 troops on U.S. streets ties in to this as well.

In 2008 The Pentagon announced plans to deploy a 20,000 strong internal troop force inside the continental United States (CONUS) that was set to be trained by 2011, thus dovetailing into the current troop and equipment movements around the country reported by truckers as well as many more troop sightings by everyday citizens.

Interestingly enough, this plan directly correlates with a 2009, Army funded, Rand Corporation study that called for an internal United States police force to combat civil unrest.

This study asks several questions. First, is a Stability Police Force (SPF) necessary? An SPF is a high-end police force that engages in a range of tasks such as crowd and riot control, special weapons and tactics (SWAT), and investigations of organized criminal groups. In its ability to operate in stability operations, it is similar to such European forces as the Italian Carabinieri and French Gendarmerie.

Its focus on high endtasks makes it fundamentally different from UN or other civilian police, who deal with more routine law and order functions. It is also different from most military forces, which are generally not trained and experienced to conduct policing tasks in a civilian environment.

Second, if an SPF is necessary, what should it look like? This includes considering such issues as: its objectives, tasks, and size; its speed of deployment; its institutional capabilities; where it should be headquartered in the U.S. government and how it should be staffed (standing force, reserve force, and hybrid force); and its cost.

It is openly admitted that the internal force will be used to quell civil unrest due to massive large scale terror attack and/or economic collapse.

Will the powers-that-be stage a repeat of the martial law threats to congress that they presented back in 2008 to get the bailouts passed in order to get the debt ceiling raised now?

Rep. Brad Sherman laid out exactly what took place during the 2008 bailouts:

Many people have voiced fears that this will turn our country into a total militarized police state, wondering what will happen in the future once the sheeple are conditioned to the military roaming the streets in America.

Unfortunately, the military is already taking an active role in numerous domestic policing activities in close to a dozen states including Florida, Tennessee, California, Alabama, and Pennsylvania.

In Florida City The Air Force has set up a crime hotline, which has now been removed from their website, as well as taken part in arrests at local convenience stores.

“Here at Homestead Air Reserve Base we have the Crime Stop hotline that allows anyone either on base or off the installation to anonymously report a crime,” explains the Homestead Air Reserve Base website.

“If you know of a crime that has been committed, if you see a crime in progress, or if you see a suspicious person, vehicle, or situation that makes you feel a crime may be occurring, call the Security Forces Crime Stop Hotline…”

On July 15, military police – known as Security Forces patrolmen – detained a criminal suspect at a Circle K in until Miami-Dade police arrived.

Others have speculated that this announcement directly coincides with all of the pre-positioning of troops, equipment, and (NOTAM) No-Fly Zones throughout The United States over the last few months.

Some have speculated that this is the beginning phases of REX84 (Readiness Exercise 1984) being activated due to a catastrophic event that is yet to take place.

Could this event be a threat from afar?
