Who taught the argonauts linebacker to hit a speed bag?
He was okay at first but towards the end. He hit the bag like a amateur :-)

I found this from a UFC fighter who said this inspired him to learn BJJ

AMAZING documentary. I especially loved what kimura said in his interview. jiu jitsu is not just judo and wrestling. it's something totally different and it's best to learn it wholly and not in pieces

Didn't realise how much of a diva Rickson was, a very disrespectful to call constantly Yamamoto a SOB just because a nearly beat him by a single guillotine choke …

Does anyone know why the goat Rickson never walked out to Ted Nugent's "Stranglehold"? Would've been pretty chill in my opinion…

Rickson looks juiced to the gills. Nakai showed amazing heart and will power.

I started BJJ years ago as a cocky boxer that was 6'2 235 in the real world, not internet talk. If were using internet talk…6'8' 350 and jacked :p

But the point is I got destroyed in the beginning. Yes, I could power my way out of most holds. But some I couldn't. When I was able to slow down and learn how to roll with control, I became such a good fighter that I feared fighting on the street. Not for my own safety, just that I didn't want to be charged with anything major. I haven't been in an altercation since as my mentality changed.

Try a BJJ class or two, you'll do it for the rest of your life. It's legit.

Poor Rockson (Ricksons little kid) he died of an overdose at 19. He would be killing it in MMA now
