Honestly I don't think Hillary would have the power to provoke world war 3, for the only reason that she is a puppet.
They picked her just because she is manipulable and money hungry, that's why she was the first choice for her puppeteers.
Now the very same puppeteers are already controlling Trump, the risk is the same as if Hillary had won.
I think they are maybe trying a different approach with Trump . Obam and his team could not't backup in front of a winning Russia, without loosing face.
Donald Trump has the momentum to for a complete reset with Russia but that will not stop Russia for pushing his own new world order.
Eventually Trump will have to change his stance for an ultimate confrontation or just join Russia, letting them become even more powerful than they are now.
A powerful Russia will continue to hammering on old foes, like Ukraine and the United States, it will be more economic than military.
We just can't escape a final war even if it happened in ten years. One must fall and it's less likely Russia because of their connection with China and central Asia.
