You should stop launching small attack just do a general offensive on the front and when you take a province just send units with full organisation to defend it
Also Please start recherche all weapon infanterie you put it in the queue but there are not in the research right not so if you start get rekt buy the German it s all normal Plane tech Are optional in this game so focus on the tech that give your infanterie better capability
And for finish if you want a good game of WW1 simulation/strategic Play Darkest Hour you will have better event and death are very high
