Ide say instead of defending that dip at the front of your line between Austria and Germany, take your troops into a vertical line from Latvia down to the black Sea, it will save you troops in defending that useless territory
After you finish could you do Austrian Empier?
Perhaps sir should consider applying diplo pressure on Romania/Bulgaria? Never hurts to have an ally right up in the ribs of the enemy.

ben i think best way to avoid immense amounts of ic going into supplies is putting all your troops in your capital for the first years (like move them to the front early 1914 should be sufficient) make a nice OOB but leave everyone there
use as many army/corps lvl command leaders with logistic wizard (does this trait exist in this mod? im not sure) and of course lvl 5 generals for army group
