Chinese Weather weapon tested in Hong Kong and Shenzhen?

Record lightning strikes pounded Hong Kong today in its most violent electrical storm, which caused flooding and left people trapped in elevators.
The Hong Kong Observatory reported 13,102 bolts of lightning struck ground across the city in the hour after midnight. That’s the most since such data was first collected in 2005, said David Hui, a scientific officer at the observatory. The storm raged from 9 p.m. yesterday to 4 a.m. today.
Wind gusts of more than 100 kilometers an hour were recorded in Tai O district at 12:40 a.m., according to an observatory weather bulletin. More than 40 millimeters of rain an hour was recorded across the territory during the storm, according to the observatory website.
Police and firefighters responded to flooding in a village in the northern New Territories shortly before midnight, said a police spokesman who declined to be named citing government policy.
Five reports of people being trapped in lifts were received, according to a spokeswoman for the government’s Information Services Department.
The weather was linked to Tropical Storm Meranti, which is moving north through the South China Sea, according Chan Sai- tick, acting senior scientific officer at the observatory. The weather pattern ahead of Meranti caused high temperatures across Hong Kong and southern China yesterday.
“That led to a large accumulation of energy and very unstable conditions during the afternoon,” Chan said in a phone interview. “That energy was subsequently released last night.

when we talk about climate change it doesnt relate only to weather conditions like the utmost dumpest deniers to climate change keep bubbling about. This event again proves thermical tension observed all around the world and made subject to HAARP bubbles far to fast. I am not saying that HAARP doesnt exist but when it becomes to human part and responsability (pollution) the smartest of dump quickly ignores that ELF and HAARP waves are part of the human pollution and NOT something staying on the outside of this.
Already in the 50s HAARP/ELF/Chemtrails have been tested for military purpose in the US turning huge green farmland into desert by provoking sand storms by “accidents” of experimental nature! But now everybody feels to be a smart one by running around with mobile phones and electronic ware, microwave ovens everywhere and top electric pollution and start yelling about the bad guys. Not only you support health and nature damaging frequence devices at a glance but give it a further kick for global control on behalf of frequencies control and manipulations. Still you believe to be a smart one and got the right to open mouth against anything? Asking into the blue of self named intelligence!
Extreme thermical exchange thats going on for the last year. But north people say “Hey fool, no global warming, heres getting damn cold” and down south “hey fool, extreme rain and heat waves, no global cooling”. Anybody does call this senseful observation and than repeating the local weather misprediction as usual?
The bio energy shield of earth is entirely damaged like rotten silk stockings and those thermcial power exchange to be observed on lightnings or thunderstorms is just another show but not limited hereto. Dont overdo it with haarp and elf suspicouse because elf is at work already for ages without you wanted to know about and doesnt need the chemtrails/haarp twins at all.
Situation is much more serious as you may understand now because having visual evidence in frequence manipulations or thermo desastres like “non normal out of scale thunderstorms” reads standing at the end of the cue and nothing can be done against it.
Keep going to fight finance because finance is the only reason our world is going to hell, just start thinking, think logic and than do act if you really care. Even if we are living the dawn of humanity we should say thank you to all those bastards and die in honor of having done something on the right side finally.
May everybody reference with geophysicians to understand the range of normal and out of scale differences, interview the “science” behind the weather frogs too but just dont be that TV dump and make relations to ancient earth history because there was no known and unknown human polution nor reduction on biomagnetism nor planet constellations taken on account of the “smart ones”.
Far east Asia like northern part of Caribean and the south part of US is within extreme alert of storms, the upper belt of northern hemisphere soon will be called the neverending rain part of world (snowfall included which is frozen water). Funny in it is that there is no knob to turn it off like your favorite movie and toy game section.

I live in Shenzhen, China overlooking Hong Kong and have been recording with my phone the lightening hitting us here in Shenzhen for three nights in a row not just one night.
The sound so violent, it goes out of range.
It could be China retaliation to the US HAARP as they consider HK as a testing ground.
