Now, PRC, took mainland China, and became the occupant of that area, said : South China Sea. And because the discovery of oil there, USA suddenly become so justice and go to Countries around to stir. American knew China wanted to cooperate with countries around the South China Sea to get oil but, not with outsiders such as USA.
