Bluedrake the OBS is not working because you didn't pay the 59.9959 add on pack that allows you to capture higher frame rates

This is why games need good singleplayer modes. This is a good game, but almost nobody plays it.
Someone may have asked this already, but did you try to play with screen or monitor capturing? I have found out, that for the better performance I use Game Capture as capturing method.
