A Montana man was arrested for fishing without a license and resisting arrest earlier this month. When he went to court for the charges, something astonishing happened.
Ernie Tertelgte says he’s being wrongly persecuted for trying to feed himself. In court, he argued that the court did not have the authority to charge him, citing “natural law.”
In court, he told Three Forks City Judge Wanda Drusch:
“I am a living man protected by natural law and I have the right to forage for food when I am hungry… You are trying to create a fictitious, fraudulent action.”
A heated exchange ensued, and the judge told Tertelgte to shut up. Then he yelled:
“Do not tell me to shut up! I am the living, natural man, and my voice will be heard!”
Then Tertelgte pointed at the flag and said:
“That is the Jolly Roger, that thing you call the American flag with the golf fringe around it is the Jolly Roger, and you are acting as one of its privateers!”
The judge and Tertelgte continued to argue – and their debate ended with the judge walking out of the courtroom:
Tertelgte’s friend William Wolf said he and others showed up to court to enforce the Constitution:
“It’s we the people that run this and rule this country, not we the courts, not we the government, and if the people don’t start standing up for themselves and for each other, we are going to continue being subjects of this government.”
Bond was set at $500 and Tertelgte’s next court hearing is scheduled for January.
We do not have nor have we had a government since 1871. Congress never reconvened since the Civil War. Hence the UNITED STATES of AMERICA Corp. was formed which is registered with Dunn and Bradstreet on the N.Y. Stock Exchange. All governments in the US all the way down to the local level are Corporations. They use maritime law or Admiralty law which is set up by the British Crown to deceive us and rob the country blind through the Federal Reserve owned by the Queen of England and a 6 member European Consortium. Members of the BAR ( BRITISH ACCREDITATION REGISTRY ) judges and lawyers, are foreign agents acting in fiction in a courtroom that is run by a Corporation owned by the Crown. Corporations cannot make laws, only rules. You are labeled a corporation through your all caps name on your birth certificate and all of the other licenses the corportion USA makes you purchase. Corporations cannot touch flesh and blood beings only if you fall into the trap in court and identify yourself when asked in the courtroom to do so. By saying you are a sovereign, sui juris, like Mr. Tertelgte above, they cannot prosecute you for violating their Corporate rules, not laws. “WE THE PEOPLE” will soon throw out this fictitious government and establish once again the NEW REPUBLIC of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA de jure, with the ORGANIC CONSTITUTION and the ORIGINAL 13th AMENDMENT which stated any government official cannot have allegiance to a foreign power as in being a member of the BAR.
It IS “We THE PEOPLE”.
1) Females have no business being judges. They are to emotional and indecisive. I haven’t met one yet that can make up her mind in less than 30 seconds when confronted with 3 different brands of the same kind of product.
2) The man and his friends are absolutely correct. It is ‘We The People’, not we the government. When the jews got a hold on our legal system, first as lawyers then judges, they turned it against the people for their own gain. This must be reversed even by force if necessary.
