Another reason celebs may not sleep at night and need pills/drugs is the cloning centers. The hours of 2-5 am, the witching hours, when our brain is in the REM cycle or the slowest brain frequency, the spirit world and these centers are able to hack into your subconscious mind and can transfer this consciousness between clones.

Maybe they also load up on the drugs as a last resort, kill themselves by their own hand rather than the industry's. The only control the artist might have is to destroy him/herself and thereby destroy "the brand." Still, the industry profits. But by this time the artists' fascination with money is over and they want the "real" life, but the damage is done.
