   Basically the simulation can be created in a tube like glass chamber to prove the experiment does actually work. What happened in the experiment is that the water that condensed from the vapor steam maker falls to the bottom of the chamber however when a down scale grid is used it makes the water vapor rise to the upper parts of the chamber. If you sent this in a jet stream which usually travels at 200 to 300 miles an hour at dawn with those type of watts.
   What does hot air do get the picture. It is said that it can be used for telecommunications or stop missles.    Tropical storm Debby, North Florida, sat in Gulf of Mexico for 3 days flooding Florida this July, 2012,followed by record flooding in Japan and in Russia the same month with similar amounts of furious rainfall. Coincidence? I think not. Haarp clouds and heavy chemtrails preceded T.S. Debby, here in N. Floria, by 2 days, juicing Debb’ys power up and eventually steering it over this area of north Florida. Downtown Liveoak, Fl., totally undewater. 25 to 30″ of rain in 3 days. There appears to be an unannounced weather warfare going on, globally, before the official major third world war is formally announced.

    US$, Wars & Earthquakes

    At the end of WWII, an agreement was reached at the Bretton Woods Conference which pegged the value of gold at US$35 per ounce and that became the international standard against which currency was measured. But in 1971, US President Richard Nixon took the US$ off the gold standard after he and others realized that the USA no longer had enough gold to buy back every dollar that foreign governments were handing in.

    In 1973, US President Richard Nixon and his new Secretary of State, German born Henry Kissinger asked King Faisal of Saudi Arabia to accept only the US$ in payment for oil, and to buy US Treasury bonds, notes and bills with their excess profits, so that USA can continue spending money and not pay it back. In return, the USA pledged to protect Saudi Arabian oil fields from seizure by USSR and other nations including Iraq and Iran.

    The 1973 Arab-Israeli War upset this agreement, and the Great Oil Embargo of 1974 was the result. By 1975 the Great Oil Embargo was over and all members of Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) accepted to sell their oil only in US$. The US$ now became the reserve currency of the world. Every country needed US$ to buy oil. Ever since the US$ has been the most important global monetary instrument, and only the US can print them. However, there were problems with this arrangement not least of all that the US$ was effectively worthless than before it reneged on the gold-standard. But more importantly because it was the world’s reserve currency, everybody was saving their surpluses in US$. The OPEC oil sales supported the US$ and also allowed the USA access to exchange risk free oil.

    Since it is the USA that prints the US$, they control the flow of oil. Period. When oil is denominated in US$ through US state action and the US$ is the only fiat currency for trading in oil, an argument can be made that the USA essentially owns the world’s oil for free. Now over $1.3 trillion of newly printed US$ by US Federal Reserve is flooding into international commodity markets each year.

    So long as almost three quarter of world trade is done in US$, the US$ is the currency which central banks accumulate as reserves. But central banks, whether China or Japan or Brazil or Russia, do not simply stack US$ in their vaults. Currencies have one advantage over gold. A central bank can use it to buy the state bonds of the issuer, the USA. Most countries around the world are forced to control trade deficits or face currency collapse. Not the USA. This is because of the US$ reserve currency role. And the underpinning of the reserve role is the petrodollar. Every nation needs to get US$ to import oil, some more than others. This means their trade targets US$ countries.

    Because oil is an essential commodity for every nation, the Petrodollar system, which exists to the present, demands the buildup of huge trade surpluses in order to accumulate US$ surpluses. This is the case for every country but one — the USA which controls the US$ and prints it at will or fiat. Because today the majority of all international trade is done in US$, countries must go abroad to get the means of payment they cannot themselves issue. The entire global trade structure today works around this dynamic, from Russia to China, from Brazil to South Korea and Japan. Everyone aims to maximize US$ surpluses from their export trade.

    The Petrodollar system nearly broke down during the US President James Earl “Jimmy” Carter’s presidential tenure , mainly due to double digit inflation of the US$. US President Ronald Reagan removed all controls on oil and fuel prices and all restrictions on oil drilling to restore the stability of the US$. Oil flooded the market, prices fell, and petrodollars became more valuable. These were some of the most prosperous years that the US had. But the danger remained, because the US continued to spend more US$ than it earned.

    The reality is that the value of the US$ is determined by the fact that oil is sold in US$. If the denomination changes to another currency, such as the euro, many countries would sell US$and cause the banks to shift their reserves, as they would no longer need US$ to buy oil. This would thus weaken the US$ relative to the euro. The USA propagates war to protect its oil supplies, but even more importantly, to safeguard the strength of the US$. The fundamental underlying motive of the US in the Iraq war, even more than the control of the oil itself, is an attempt to preserve the US$ as the leading oil trading currency. The fear of the consequences of a weaker US$, particularly higher oil prices is seen as underlying and explaining many aspects of the US foreign policy, including the Iraq and Libyan War.

    Until November 2000, no OPEC country dared violate the US$ price rule. So long as the US$ was the strongest currency, there was little reason to as well. But November 2000 was when France and other EU members finally convinced Iraq’s Saddam Hussein to defy the USA by selling Iraq’s oil-for-food not in US$, ‘the enemy currency’ as Saddam Hussein named it, but only in euros. Few months before the US moved into Iraq to take down Saddam Hussein, Iraq had made the move to accept Euros instead of US$ for oil, and this became a threat to the global dominance of the US$ as the reserve currency, and its dominion as the petrodollar. The euros were on deposit in a special UN account of the leading French bank, BNP Paribas. This Iraq move to defy the US$ in favor of the euro, in itself, was insignificant. Yet, if it were to spread, especially at a point the US$ was already weakening, it could create a panic selloff of US$ by foreign central banks and OPEC oil producers.

    In the months before the latest Iraq war, hints in this direction were heard from Russia, Iran, Indonesia and even Venezuela. An Iranian OPEC official, Javad Yarjani, delivered a detailed analysis of how OPEC at some future point might sell its oil to the EU for euros not US$. He spoke in April, 2002 in Oviedo Spain at the invitation of the EU. All indications are that the Iraq war was seized on as the easiest way to deliver a deadly pre-emptive warning to OPEC and others, not to flirt with abandoning the Petro-dollar system in favor of one based on the euro. The Iraq move was a declaration of war against the US$. As soon as it was clear that the UK and the US had taken Iraq, a great sigh of relief was heard in the UK Banks.

    First Iraq and then Libya decided to challenge the petrodollar system and stop selling all their oil for US$, shortly before each country was attacked. The cost of war is not nearly as big as it is made out to be. The cost of not going to war would be horrendous for the US unless there were another way of protecting the US$’s world trade dominance. The US pays for the wars by printing US$ it is going to war to protect.

    After considerable delay, Iran opened an oil bourse which does not accept US$. Many people fear that the move will give added reason for the USA to overthrow the Iranian regime as a means to close the bourse and revert Iran’s oil transaction currency to US$. In 2006 Venezuela indicated support of Iran’s decision to offer global oil trade in euro. In 2011 Russia begins selling its oil to China in rubles

    Muammar Qaddafi made a similarly bold move: he initiated a movement to refuse the US$ and the euro, and called on Arab and African nations to use a new currency instead, the gold dinar. Muammar Qaddafi suggested establishing a united African continent, with its 200 million people using this single currency. The initiative was viewed negatively by the USA and the European Union (EU), with French president Nicolas Sarkozy calling Libya a threat to the financial security of mankind; but Muammar Qaddafi continued his push for the creation of a united Africa.

    Muammar Gaddafi’s recent proposal to introduce a gold dinar for Africa revives the notion of an Islamic gold dinar floated in 2003 by Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, as well as by some Islamist movements. The notion, which contravenes IMF rules and is designed to bypass them, has had trouble getting started. But today Iran, China, Russia, and India are stocking more and more gold rather than US$.

    If Muammar Qaddafi were to succeed in creating an African Union backed by Libya’s currency and gold reserves, France, still the predominant economic power in most of its former Central African colonies, would be the chief loser. The plans to spark the Benghazi rebellion were initiated by French intelligence services in November 2010.

    In February 2011, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), has called for a new world currency that would challenge the dominance of the US$ and protect against future financial instability. In May 2011 a 32 year old maid, Nafissatou Diallo, working at the Sofitel New York Hotel, alleges that Strauss-Kahn had sexually assaulted her after she entered his suite.

    Accepting Chinese yuans for oil, Iran and Venzuelathey have constantly been threatened by the US. If euros, yens, yuans or rubles were generally accepted for oil, the US$ would quickly become irrelevant and worthless paper.This petro dollar arrangement is enforced by the U.S. military.

    On Aug 18 2011, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez announces a plan to pull Gold reserves from US and European Banks .Venezuela reportedly has the largest oil reserves in the world. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has been a strong proponent for tighter Latin America integration – which is a move away from the power of the US banking cartels.

    Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez formed oil export agreements with Cuba, directly bypassing the Petrodollar System. Cuba was among those countries that were later added to the “Axis of Evil” by the USA. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has accused the US of using HAARP type weapons to create earthquakes.

    On Aug 24, 2001 a 7 magnitude earthquake rocks Northern Peru bordering Venezuela which doesn’t use the Petrodollar system and Brazil which has been engaged in discussions to end US$ denominated oil transactions. Is it a coincidence that these uncommonly powerful earthquakes are occurring in historically uncommonly large numbers during such a short period of time?. And that they are occurring in or close to countries that have been seriously discussing plans to leave the Petrodollar system, or are already outside it?

    HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is an ionospheric research program that is jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, located on an US Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska. HAARP has the ability to manipulate weather and produce earthquakes, since it is capable of directing almost 4 Mega Watts of energy in the 3 to 10 MHz region of the HF band up into the ionosphere. This energy can be bounced off of the ionosphere and directed back down at the earth to create earthquakes. HAARP could potentially be used by adversaries to produce such events. Depending on the frequency, focusing, wave shape, one can induce a variety of effects such as earthquakes, induced at a distant aiming point, severe disturbances in the middle and upper atmosphere over the target area and anomalous weather effects known as the “Tesla effect”.

    HAARP based technology is being actively used to emit powerful radio waves that permeate the earth and subsequently cause strong enough oscillations along fault lines of targeted areas to produce earthquakes. The high power radio waves of HAARP can be used to produce such intense vibrations as to cause an earthquake. HAARP based technology can be used to encourage and produce various weather phenomena such as hurricanes, flooding, or drought through manipulation of the ionosphere. Already Russia, China and Venezuela have suggested that a HAARP type technology weapon is capable of such and attack and been used against several countries causing severe destructions in Haiti, Japan, Russia, China, Iran, Chile, New Zealand, Afghanistan, India etc.

    What would the probable response be to such a HAARP attack be? An armed conflict with USA? Or the elimination of the Petrodollar system and a subsequent dumping of surplus US$ into the international and US financial markets resulting in the quick collapse of the US$. Attacking these countries with HAARP would destabilize their economies and currencies and to prevent a move away from the US$ and the Petrodollar system.

    Maybe I’m wrong but sorry guys, i do not agree with the theory stated above as i’m working for a newspaper and know that Pakistan, Indian and other international weather forecasters predicted about this reason heavy moonsoon(La-Nano Condition) much before it occurs.
    You can also check the press release of Pakistan metrological department http://www.pakmet.com.pk which they release in the month of May 2010 (Much before the July rain).

    Weather change on such scale has global impact. There was heat wave in Russia and flooding in China. The rest of the world suffers. When climate is in any way tampered artificially only results in bigger problems around the world. Pakistan, Russia and China are not some other planet they are part of the same planet – so those who conduct such attacks will suffer rebound effect. Tsunami which affected several countries could have been the result of HAARP or several thermonuclear weapons exploded at the same time.

    I still suspect HAARP was used in the massive California fires a couple of years ago. While they commonly get fires in southern CA or in the Sierra because of lightning strikes, CA doesn’t get practically all the coastal ranges, the Sierra, the Cascades and S. CA burning all at the same time.

    HAARP, charged cables to deflect hurricanes, whatever it is, the weather patterns have been disrupted. It is the end of September, peak growth season for grass in the Midwest. Most remains dormant. For the past few years rain has been heavy showers, some mixed with hail. No gentle showers progressing to steady showers, the same with snow. The normal airflow has been altered, with some fronts moving west. They have been successful in keeping hurricanes out of the Gulf. All have run up the east coast or into Mexico. The earth is a living organism. In time it will correct itself with deadly results.

    Amazing…Mr. Tesla is not a household name here in the USA..but his work was seized after his death and has been put to evil use. My apologies to the people of Pakistan for what my country is doing…in fact, I include the entire world in that apology and yep! it will come back to bite us on the butt.

    Our weather is screwy as well. At some point, hopefully, the weather wars will be over. By that time, the land in Africa will most likely be in the hands of Europeans and Americans, The Middle East will be nutralized to make it safe for Capitalism, South America’s natural resources will not benefit the citizens of those countries but will benefit the bank accounts of the ruling corporations.

Each dollar printed by the Federal Reserve means Americans must pay back that dollar plus interest.     our world, South Asia. The writer is wondering whether Lawrence Solomon has ever visited and studied the history of South Asia? In the author’s views, you (Solomon) are, Sir,
    virtually unfamiliar with the South Asian situation and the history of the people of this
    region. If you knew the history of what is called the Indian sub-continent, you would have never chosen this topic. The topic which is highly complicated and beyond the
    understanding of an ordinary individual or journalist. Let me elaborate, Sir Lawrence
    Solomon, that by writing on your chosen subject, you have shown that what sort of a
    simpleton you are.

    Before I answer your artificiality of nation brought into being by the deliberately
    dismembered of East Pakistan by Indira Gandhi and her armed forces of India and East Pakistan’s traitor Mujib ur Rehman, now called Bangladesh. This Bangladesh has not been able to stand on its own feet. It has not yielded a stable administration and has not been immune to military involvements. Once again you have been suggesting that ‘Pakistan’s floods have been an opportunity in disguise to carry out further ‘dismemberment of
    Pakistan.
    Your the reasoning (opportunity) to ‘Break up Pakistan’ is but an analogy of a simpleton
    like you who could think and deal with this subject. The subject which is not so simple.
    Moreover, you do not have the real background of Pakistan, except what the letters P, A, K, S and Tan stand for. I feel rather pity of your understanding on whicht you have tried to base your assumption, but do not know who suggested to hatch this analogy for you.     the ‘Union of Nations, India’ will have to be ‘disintigrated’ and the Sikhs of the Landless Sikh Nation, PUNJAB, the Disputed Areas of Jammu and Kashmir, 7-sister of Assam,
    Manipur, Bodos, Dalits (70-75% of the total Indian population of more than 1.2 billion),
    400-million hungry mouths of India who go to sleep hungry every night, 365 nights of a
    year, Adivaasis/moolnivasis would have to be declared ‘sovereign nations’. Only 4% Brahmins and 11% of Hindus cannot and will not ‘control’ the destiny of the non-Brahmins
    and non-Hindus. Why should the rest of more than 85% non-Brahmins and non-Hindus
    suffer in the ‘chains of the Brahminica-Hindul slavery? Could you come up with any
    answer to the ‘Brahminical slavery of 85% non-Brahmins-Hindus, Sir Soloman? Now,
    the ball is in your court whether you would propose the ‘Break up of the alleged Indian
    (Brahmins-Hindus) democracy or the Islamic Republic of Pakistan? Before I finish, I
    would like to say that there are 15% Muslims under the ‘slavery of Brahmins-Hindus’;
    therefore, who is kidding who?
    Indeed, you may break up Pakistan if a person like 15-25% is a head of state of any
    country.

    I always thought the 2009 monsoon season was unusual. The delay over the Bay of Bengel, and then later, a further delay over India around late May. The Monsoon progressed in a ‘double top’ formation.

    What we could be seeing here is a climate weapon deployed by USA with India’s consent, and then used to provoke retaliatory response by Pakistan that is then further politicized in the typical Hegelian fashion.

    Sunset on the British Empire began in India when roads and railways had been built, because they connected people. Today, there are far more subtle and efficient ways of communication.     If this was man made … HAARP. Then its pretty flawed. Reason ?

    – They did not target anything highly significant in Pakistan. Any major military base down ? No. Any major city which would CRIPPLE the country (Read : Karachi) … No. Any major nuclear site affected ? No.

    Had they wanted to destroy us. Something in the Arabian Sea flooding Karachi would have served the purpose far easier than this. Hell, take down Karachi and you’re taking down not only the Naval bases, but also major air bases too … and KANNUP.

    Furthermore, in late June there was a Flashfloods warning for the Northern areas given by our own Metro. Dept. And our dept. isnt exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer and even they saw it coming.

    Furthermore, though im not entirely sure of the accuracy of this particular statistic for the current flood, I do know that around 1.1 million cusec of water flooded in 1988 … the figure ive heard on TV for 2010 is 1.2m … so its not entirely something extremely higher than before.

    There is no trend in the pattern in my opinion, however … there is a REPORTING pattern. A small search reveals all calamities happening in the same year. For example, the Hurricane season of 2005 also had Kashmirs Earthquake. There were approx 25+ Earthquakes in 2007 as well, along with Tsunamis

    Im not saying HAARP doesnt exist, Im just saying that if it was used … it would be targeted over someplace significant to our security or economy. And no, im not saying the effect people are insignificant … I mean in the respect of running the country.

    Another thing, its not only been in the North … even Karachi has seen rains like never before. I dont remember seeing this kind of weather since ages.

      You would not be skeptical if you had known the Hadiths.

      Ad-Dajal will control weather, food and water. What ever Country that do not toe the line, will be razed. What ever country toe the line will be safe and will have plenty of food and water.         But look at the nut-head Mullas, still preaching that ambiguity, that slanderous material (HADITH), that’s an insult to human intellect and rationality.

        But why should every Mulla start with the cheap crime of label pasting upon others and then chant the name of ALLAH repeatedly, as if “his Allah” has commanded him to always start with insinuations against fellow human beings. Who is going to believe “his ALLAH”, with him portraying such a criminal demeanor towards fellow human beings?

        Verily, respect for Humanity is the foremost Divine Value. Whoever violates it needs a reprimand for it is a major crime.

It is hate, abhorrence, total denial and rejection that spring up from within whenever one goes through HADITH with one’s rationality and logic in proper working order. Those with Blind Faith on man-made books are doomed to live blind, die blind and raised blind in the hereafter.
        Trying to portray Quran and Hadith as books of holy prophecies is simply ludicrous. A futile exercise in myth making. Similarly, to ignore Quranic proofs and persist in polytheistic dogmas of DAJJAAL ETC., paint the picture of a dilapidated mind.
        Whatever man is trying to do by building weapons of mass destruction like HAARP is a proof of his scientific advancement. It is also a proof of his negative Inherent nature as clearly described in various verses of Quran. It is also a proof of his denial of God and of divine values, ideals and principles. God in the West had actually died with Neitzsche’s proclamation of HIS death. Hence, God-fearing men of character among world leaders have become extinct.     Very true assessment indeed. It is not only Algeria. In Pakistan we have a species coming right out of the Stone Age. You could call yours “animals”. If I were to call “these” animals it will be a gross insult to animal species. Target killings and lynching in broad daylight in front of an audience of thousands of onlookers is the order of the day here.
    Don’t we deserve a total destruction by HAARP? Can’t we, more than a billion slaves of Mulla and the Plundering Dictators, overcome these two very small segments of our societies and bury them deep underground for ever? Perhaps the ensuing freedom would ultimately make us humane.

    I live in Algeria and people are here under animals, all of them (95%) are hypocrites, Muslim teachers (in mosques), teachers in schools and universities, administration workers, small and big leaders, rich and poor. It’s not a matter of Islam or a governments, it’s a matter of kind of people. People are heart sicker and badly educated even people who are highly academic skilled. It’s a big and a big mistake to associate Islam to this kind of society. And for sure the Prophet Mohamed (peace be on him) never accept these kind of people as his followers. God is just, why the life is infinitely better in the westerns country than the supposed Moslem countries!!!????. Because most of the people there are honest, not corrupted, respectful for any human and human being. And why every wise people live their home countries and seek for immigration to the westerns countries!!!??.

    HAARP syndrome is reality or a fiction? The propnents of this theory have lot to explain however, it has created a stir in the thought process of many. Those who call it a fabulous fiction, outrightly reject it saying, “why CIA or US will use this destructive weapon and then lead in the run of helpers for the humanity in distress”. Let’s not forget that when there is a mission to accomplish then everything is possible.
    To most of us, HAARP is a new word. But it does not mean that it does not exist. Decades back, even the thought to fly like a bird was most weired but, it is a reality now. However, there are some grey areas need to be examined and explained:-
    1. The havoc which we are facing is localized to Pakistan only in the whole region. The mountainous range from where it started, covers other countries also. But strangely, it is Pakistan specific. Is it not very strange?
    2. The monsoon rain in Pakistan was not alarming or unprecedented. Certainly it was above normal which could have caused medium size flood which we have experienced in 80’s.
    3. The present flood started from the Swat area and every passing day its havoc increased and thereafter, it turned into a national calamity. Was it due to rain in the catchment area or sudden melting of great glacier? If it is glacier then why it melted so ferociously, suddenly and abruptly without any warning from any side though we claim that our sky is lit with searching eyes all around.
    4. Why it is Pakistan specific? It is a million US$ question. There are many conspiracy theory floating. Let us add one more to it. In the present geo-political scenario, Pakistan is the centre of gravity and more so nuclear Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The game which started from 9/11 brought allied forces to Iraq. Iraq or Saddam had no connection or link with 9/11 but Iraq became the stepping stone, a strategic move. OBL (Laden) and his team were not of Iraq or Afghanistan or Pakistan origin but these three countries have been focussed by US with some purpose. Soon after 9/11 attack, Pakistan was categorically asked to explain whether they are “with US or militant”. The tone and tenor left nothing to chose between devil and the fire. After Iraq, Afghanistan became the battle ground, located next to Pakistan and Iran with a purpose. Numerous attempts were and are being made to de-nuclearize Pakistan and Iran. But both are stubborn. To force Pakistan into submission, Taliban factor was reversed on us soon after Russian withdrawl. We were forced to fight in support of allied forces operating in Afghanistan and home grown Taliban inside Pakistan. The pentagon found Al-Quaida, Taliban, Pakistan army and its ISI, very difficult to handle in their own ground. The US and CIA found they are losing the battle and their world supremacy under question. To minimize damage to their pride, they decided for good to move away from Iraq. Afghanistan is also not a bed of roses. Casualties are on rise. US government is under serious scrutiny and criticism from inside. Iran stands tall and is not budging. All these failures combined will be a great setback for mighty US and they are looking for a coveted trophy before retreating from Afgfhanistan. This trophy is denuclearization of Pakistan and Iran by any means. For unusual situation, unusual approach is needed. HAARP is that unusual weaponry. Pakistan under democratic civilian goverment is already fragile with mass corruption and complete law and order failures. There is no leader to lead. Situation is ripe to further aggravate the situation before it collapses. The flood has added fuel to the fire. Post flood period will explode into anarchy. All infra structures of the country have been destroyed. Pakistan army the strongest element is now paralyzed to move across the country. So what is left. The best course for US to adopt is to get UN sanction on the ground that Pakistan is rudderless now and any country in such a situation can not be trusted to hold the nuclear arsenal safely when AlQuaida is already stalking to get nuclear weapons. Once UN sanction is given Pakistan will lose its teeth and will stay as an Indian satellite, a glee for Israel and India and a serious setback to China. The trophy is won.

    This is ridiculous claim that some technology is being used to control the weather system. The atmosphere is too large and too thick, and is constantly dynamic, plus the Sun plays a major role in controlling the weather patterns on earth. The earth’s tilt and wobble is also another factor, along with the temperature of the ocean’s waters. With all these factors taken into consideration, at some stages one factor may outweigh the other, resulting in unusual weather patterns that may affect day to day life. Therefore, no technology in its present day can be used to control the weather systems of the world. However, IF this were to be true, and someone is abusing the use of such a weapon, then that can be regarded as an act of war against countries on which it is used or targeted. Thank you.

    As for your speculations – the HAARP can be a reason, but know this – whenever there is some activity on the Earth’s surface, the magnetic field s disturbed which causes the ionization of the atmosphere resulting in such lighting/formation.

    Nicely researched article, but I believe you must do some in depth research of your own instead of basing claims on YouTube videos, random blog entries, etc.

    Know the Earth’s behavior before you actually put up such material, to me there is nothing original about your content, except for a compilation of speculations/half baked facts/conspiracy –

    Yea, I’ve tried sending articles about this also to other people and they never acknowledge them or they just roll their eyes and sigh and either walk away or change the subject.

    I also suspect that in California when we got hit with all those fires a couple of years back that HAARP was induced. We do indeed get bad fires but they’re primarily either in S. CA or in the Sierras due to lightning strikes and very hot weather and there will occasionally, but on a rarer basis get fires, but getting hit with fires all at once from S. CA, the Sierras, the coastal ranges and the Cascade region was pretty bizarre.

    And then on Thanksgiving weekend, either last year or the year before, it was unusually hot and lo and behold, S. CA had another bad fire (just in time for Schwarzenegger to have a Global Warming conference in S. CA). Was that just sheer coincidence or was it intentional?

    Finally, I didn’t at first think that HAARP had anything to do with the floods in Pakistan and massive fires in Russia, but then I noticed a big uptick in the Mainstream Media about (Global warming and climate change again). CNN is particularly bad and since KLIV Radio is an affiliate of CNN, KLIV also mentioned Global warming and climate change a lot.

    To think the floods were just conjured up by some antenna is laughable. How the hell is an antenna going to just magically create enough water vapor in an area to cause that kind of flooding? Rain has to come from somerwhere.

      nobody argues that HAARP is able to create weather out of thin air.

      it can simply be used to direct weather formations into the desired directions.

      just like a magnet placed under a layer of material is able to move a magnet placed on top of it,
      the HAARP system can push and pull naturally occuring weather formations into a certain geographic location.

      e.g. in the case of pakistan,
      parts of the heavily wet air of the monsoon which naturally discharges its wetness in india because the wet air “collides” with the himalaya in the north of india, were taken and directed towards the west, namely towards pakistan.
      then the clouds were directed towards the north-east of pakistan, which is the mountaineous safed koh mountains/hindu kush & kashmir/himalaya region where clouds were “trapped” and had to discharge their wetness in the form of rain.
      this is a relief map of the region.
      you can clearly see, that wet air pulling from south-west towards north-east MUST discharge in a triangle of mountains
      and by natural force follow the indus river bed.

    I just want to say THANK YOU for being the only one–at least that I’ve seen (and I have been looking) that has even suggested the idea that this flood was NOT an act of GOD but of evil “people.”

    I feel HAARP is also very possibly implicated in the heat/fires of Russia and the floods in China and, of course, we all know about Haiti. We won’t even go into the tsunami and Katrina, et al.

    Depopulation is their goal and boy are they working overtime.

    This kind of speculation is pretty ugly, that we (meaning the USA) created a weapon of mass destruction worse than the atom bomb and have randomly been firing it off on civilian populations including our own, and for what?

    Katrina cost the United States hundreds of billions of dollars. Every single disaster has cost the U.S. money as we spent more money on foreign aid, so we are shooting ourselves in the foot. Not to mention playing a very dangerous game because if we were doing this the whole planet would want us dead. We’d have to be insane and suicidal to even think of such a thing.

My feelings are that the nuclear countries like China, Pakinstan and North Korea have been sent a clear message that when Iran is hit they must acquiesce, or else! The chemtrails were laid and later there were ripple effects in them on loads of occasions, HAARP or scalar? I don’t know? I do know that they can and do move jet streams however! The extreme heat which has caused raging fires over Russia is probably due to this. Also while energy is moving the rain patterns, it will occur that other areas receive none.     Of course there are ‘naturally occurring’ weather cycles and other earth related events…But HAARP and other antennas like it are impacting not only earth related events but also events within our own solar system.

    By now, hopefully, most people understand that ‘Global Warming’ is a ridiculous farce meant to polarize people and keep them from looking at what is really at work here.
