Helicopters practicing night material drops over Fort Wainwright. I lived in Fairbanks for over 30 years and know exactly where the "Security Guard" is standing. He is facing east.The time is likely 1am to 3:30 am. The buildings you see are on first and second street in downtown Fairbanks just past the Cushman street bridge. The helicopters are practicing over Ladd Army Airfield. The light that seems to come out horizontally from the helicopter is another helicopter that has temporally turned on its lights so the helicopter that is making the drop can get a visual on where it is so they do not collide. The light you see descending is on the material being dropped. It usually stays on just long enough to get a general Idea of were it might be drifting. Wainwright is a very active military base and has practice maneuvers going on all the time.
If you have a iPhone or a Galaxy, get the 12x telephoto lens for $30 (do a YouTube search for '12x telephoto lens for iPhone' here on YouTube to see it.) If skywatchers get these we'll see much better videos.

Jared, we stumbled onto your video while trying to find some info. My mother in law lives in Fairbanks. She believes she has related information to this and is desperate to speak with someone. This is not a UFO. This is an interdimensional eddy. A vortex that's being opened like a gateway. This is how they get from their dimension to ours. The crafts you see coming out of it at 1:03 and 2:30 are the real alien vehicles. You see them for a moment just before they cloak.
Next time You can try to ask them in your mind to come closer if they see you..do it all you guys together so the message can reach them easier, who knows..They might be in the mood or have the sense of humor to make your day..Cheers
I SAW SOMETHING EXACTLY LIKE THIS IN 1974……years before drones and satellites, the light I saw split like yours, one went to the right and one straight down, two of us saw it, we wrote independent reports at the time then reported it to the authorities and UFO investigation body of the day, and no one could offer an explanation.

Hmm, it looks stationary, so not a satellite. I would bet a drone thats reflecting sunlight on certain position. Cant explain the stuff that falls from it. It could be chinese lanter too…

I got the same footage from college Road area, it was sighted between 3:05 and 3:10.
