Preparing for World War 3: Satellite images reveal alarming speed Pakistan is rushing to finish weapons-grade nuclear reactor

New satellite images have shown the alarming speed at which Pakistan is constructing a weapons-grade nuclear reactor.

The aerial images, taken on April 20, show the rapid building progress of the fourth reactor to produce plutonium in Pakistan’s Khushab facility.

The site was barren in 2009 and the facility ‘costing billions’ was undetectable by satellite just 17 months ago, but has since grown at an alarming rate.

Alarming: The rate of construction at the Khushab nuclear facility has 'raised eyebrows' with US officialsAlarming: The rate of construction at the Khushab nuclear facility has ‘raised eyebrows’ with US officials

The facility in Khushab is the fastest growing nuclear program in the world, with the speed of the latest reactor’s construction prompting concern from U.S. officials.

Pakistan first revealed the Khushab site and its plutonium production facility in 1998 after the country’s first nuclear test.

Although the U.S. has provided Pakistan with $20 billion in military and economic aid since September 11, 2001, it has been said that there is ‘no explanation’ as to how Pakistan are paying for the latest reactor.

Paul Brannon, a nuclear analyst with the Institute for Science and International Security, said: ‘The buildup is remarkable.

‘You can see the square of the reactor building, you can see the inner square of the reactor hall where the actual reactor goes, and if you measure the dimensions of the building it matches up exactly to the second and the third reactors.

‘And that nobody in the U.S. or in the Pakistani government says anything about this — especially in this day and age—is perplexing.’

Describing the potential cost of the latest development, Mr Brannon added: ‘It would be in the billions.
‘This is a military reactor. It’s outside of the civilian program.’

U.S. officials have been watching the Khushab facility for some time, but say there is no good explanation how Pakistan is paying for this.

The rapid progress of the nuclear facility comes as tensions between the USA and Pakistan increase.

Pakistan officials welcomed the death of Osama Bin Laden after a raid by U.S Navy Seals, but were still unhappy they were not informed about the attack, saying it ‘violated Pakistan’s sovereignty’.

And there was further anger yesterday when a Nato helicopter attacked a Pakistani army post near the Afghan border today, injuring two Pakistani soldiers

Senator John Kerry, who chairs the Foreign Relations Committee, returned from Islamabad on Tuesday after Pakistan agreed to return the stealth helicopter tail of the downed Blackhawk MH-60 damaged in the raid that killed Bin Laden.

Senator Kerry has since warned about cutting off aid to Pakistan.

He said: ‘Right now, we have about 100,000 reasons for worrying about our relationship with Pakistan.

‘And they’re called our young men and women, and they’re in uniform in Afghanistan.’

Pakistan controls 70 percent of the supply routes into Afghanistan, according to Pentagon officials.

Defense Secretary Robert Gates and others have warned that cutting off relations or aid to Pakistan would be dangerous because the government and military of Pakistan could fall under more influence from Islamic radicals who are sympathetic to Al Qaeda.

It is also feared any nuclear weapons made at the facility could fall into the hands of hardline militants.

All the evidence points to the inevitable nuclear catastrophy for mankind that has been gaining momentum since the Atomic Age began in 1945. From the second world war onwards mans indulgence with his new toy “nuclear energy” has been gluttonous to say the least. We have built 600 nuclear reactors, which all leak. We have created tens of thousands of nuclear weapons. We have not wasted any of this nuclear material, we have used it to make depleted uranium munitions which has, and is, being used in scores of different countries, sold to all who can afford these “new” hard core depleted uranium weapons systems. We have irradiated the planet, of which more and more of it will become inhabitable. In light of ALL this more and more countries are pursuing nuclear power plants for the sole purpose of making their OWN nuclear weapons, with more countries than ever before who ALREADY have nuclear weapons. How many others have purchased nuclear weapons on the international black market? How many has the USA, China, Russia sold to their “Allies” through the back door? The world is now in freefall with despots, terrorists, dictators, and the greatest homicidal and suicidal enemy of us all, the international avaricious gangster banksters. Now I ask you, where are we headed?

Pakistan should have such capabilities to counter mad countries like indai and Israile. besides we should be able to counter american too who are in a habirt of using nuclear weapons ( Nagasaki and Heroshima)

The US has used nuclear weapons twice, during WWII over 60 years ago. The US abstained from using them in everyother confrontation since. Including the First Gulf War in which Sadaam used chemical weapons against US/coalition troops.
      Hardly a “habit”.

Please dont mention India and Israel alone. Alone they both are nothing. Always remember and mention America also. America is the integral part of this terrorist ‘Outfit’

Pakistan has all the rights to protect its sovereignty. In the presence of its hostile neighbours (like India and Afghanistan), Pakistan cannot afford to lower its gaurds. Low Intensity War which has been launched and being played in the playground of pakistan, demands such necessary steps.

you really do push forward and forward with such kind of articles, do you. If Pakistan would be that mad as you say it would have been removed already and the lithium deposits oversigned to the bankers and multicorps. Its about this and always has been, huge mineral richness the neverending talkers of pakistanian origin just not willing to understand, to organize nor telling the truth to its own people let in the poor and underdeveloped dependence of military murders. Who really is the worst on this crazy planet?

    • Who can tell how this war will end?
While it would be naive to suggest a specific timeline for the events mentioned above, we do know that the plans for World War 3 are well advanced, and World leaders involved in this secret plan are waiting only for the right signal before all-out war begins.
In the words of Peter Lemesurier, author of The Armageddon Script:
“Their script is now written, subject only to last-minute editing and stage-directions. The stage itself, albeit in darkness, is almost ready. Down in the pit, the subterranean orchestra is already tuning up. The last-minute, walk-on parts are even now being filled.
Most of the main actors, one suspects, have already taken up their roles. Soon it will be time for them to come on stage, ready for the curtain to rise.
The time for action will have come.”
Ladies and Gentlemen, please take your seats and welcome on stage the players of this Grand Play: World War Three!

How come Israel is allowed an enormous amount of nuclear missiles, apparently aimed at western cities as a matter of course, and nobody bats an eyelid, sickening hypocrisy.

Pakistan has every right to dabble in nuclear technology and nuclear weapons. The only countries who have used nuclear against the innocent are America and Britain (Hiroshima, Iraq, Serbia, Libya). It crazy that Muslim countries are slaundered for being engaged in weapons of mass destruction by the countries who are actually doing it.

    • Janus May 21, 2011 at 4:48 am - Reply

The bad guys – Israel & NATO – want the good guys (the Muslim world) to be disunited and to be disarmed. It is as simple as that.
