I never said anyone including reptilians are immune to nuclear radiation. However the ruling elites including reptilians are divided and some of them still believe that retaliatory action against pre-emptive nuclear strikes are survivable if those launching pre-emptive nuclear strikes are protected in their deep underground military bases.
