To be fair, if your stomach is like the inside of a glass jar, you have bigger problems than McDonald's food. Some people eat rocks… ROCKS, I TELL YOU. Compared to that, McD's fries are probably quite digestible, though not as tasty.

chicken grill & regular fries is much better I guess since they mold much quicker. And not too much chemical composition.

It's probably dust that got in the burger when they had dust in their hands but didn't clean their hands first
Most McDonalds foods have an assload of salt, which adds taste and is a great preservative. The more salt, the longer it lasts.
