for example, there is a international law called the hague convention which is ruled in the United Nations, and which all member states have adopted. Within that convention is the International Parental Child Abduction Act – My son was abducted from Thailand to Singapore
Both countries are member states. However, due to the fact that little me cant get any single Hague office to respond, and the fact that both Thailand and Singapore refuse to take step 2 to approach each other to mutually sign co-recognition of being acceded member states.. no mandate is possible
Writing to the hague lawyers recieved the following response;
"the Hague does not have any say in how each member state conducts its activities"
conclusion;
the channels of action are not accessible to any single citizen, unless he has at least half a million to one million dollars to pursue the matter through lawyers
Hence, there is only one way to overcome the injustices of cross border crimes or non compliance of some countries… be it child abduction, human rights issues, or whatever
